You can tell this is a new store with a seasoned staff. I stopped in on Saturday for the first time because I was having issues with my battery. I was being helped by "Roy" and you could definitely tell he knew what he was talking about Not only did he offer to test my battery but he also tested my alternator and starter for free!!! It turns out i had a bad battery. And he even installed my new battery for free. He was very friendly and professional. I will return to this location from now on. I have never had this kind of customer service at pep boys. Roy if you see this review keep up the great work.
