Workers are insanely rude and make you feel terrible. Only one worker who is nice and if I go and shes not there, I leave. I walked in 10 minutes before closing just to grab something and go and the man gave me the biggest attitude saying they are closing and I need to leave, I asked him for help with just asking if there were any blonde extensions bc there were only 2 brown out and I had to wait for him to end his convo with his co worker all I got was an attitude and a straight "no" and he continued on with his non work related conversation with the woman. Obviously they dont understand anything about retail. Another woman walked in behind me and I felt terrible for her with the way they treated her and humiliated her, the female worker gave her the rudest welcome and she literally said to the woman "come on I have another job to go to". Coming from someone who works 3 jobs having to jump from one to another in one day, shift after shift, the way she approached the customer was totally unacceptable and this company needs to reconsider on who they hire. I feel terrible every time I visit the store. If you dont like your job and youre going to be miserable and make other people feel miserable, save yourself and others the trouble and go find another job where you wont have to be disrespectful to everyone who walks through the door. Will definitely be speaking to a manager and would love to speak to corporate about the rude workers and also appreciate the ONE lovely, sweet, and helpful lady that works there.

The workers here are absoutley terrible. They complain all the time about customers and are very lazy and unprofessional. I will NEVER shop here again for hair products. I will take my money to Cosmo Prof around the corner. Sadly others cant do the same as they have no cosmetology license, etc. If you dont like your job let alone bother doing it just dont show up. Better off that way.

Selection is ok, they usually have some of the more popular hair dye colors out of stock. Prices are good, but the staff is horrendous! Ive been to this store about 6 times and its always the same rude man working. They treat the customers like theyre doing you a favor by helping you or ringing up your things. Management needs to look into that.

In general, the store is what is to be expected. They have a decent selection of products. However, on each occasion when I have visited the store, the employees are usually too busy talking to each other and complaining out loud about customers or the store management to even greet me.

This is the 3rd time I have gone there 5 to 10 minutes before closing and they already have their doors locked and it has been the same man all 3 times, doesnt even acknowledge people knocking on the window.

Store hours say 9-7. Been here since 10 of 9 to pick something up. Its now 10 after 10 and no sign of anyone opening the store with 3 people waiting. Very bad business.
