I used to have 5 stars but This is my second time going and the staff are very sweet nice ladys owner very sweet first time no problems second time I asked the young lady doing my hair to leave out my edges she said no problem twords the end of my braiding another lady came to help and started to pull anything she could get her hands on the young lady who has been working on my head all along said " no she doesnt want her front all braided her hair is soft she said it will fall out" and her reply no it wont it wont fall out I can catch any hair even baby hair I can do it " as another one who thought I couldnt understand her says "why do customers always think they have counted their hair before leaving as if when she leaves shes going to count each strand to see if it will fall out girl hush " I thought that was really rude kinda rubbed me the wrong way the original woman did a great job even saying well the customer doesnt want it u have to follow her request shes right !! and I tipped her good because she was nice she did a great job I cant even honestly say the one talking trash was employee but she was sitting their all day with them but please do not go agents a client request because you want to do what you want to do and then talk bad about the client as they are in the chair and can hear you not nice not nice at all other then that they do really good work that incident just slightly rubbed me the wrong way

What can I say about this shop, but to God be the glory for leading me this way. They were very professional, not rude and the young lady that did my hair was fast sweet and to the point, I had a 1:30 appointment got there at 1 and was seen in about 5-10 min after arriving. Im so happy I googled hair braiding shops, because I was on my was to exclusive.. And their reviews matched their attitudes... However, Tess reviews did the same. Thanks fellow Google users for both reviews. Hello Tess.... Good bye exclusive...never been but in not going....

There was a language barrier so I didnt get the exact style that I wanted. Instead they thought I was asking for beyonce lemonade braids like 3 other girls in the shop and she did mine that way. I got bumped and stepped on the whole time while in the chair by a couple of braiders. I asked not to include my edges which she did and now that Im taking out my hair, chunks of my hair are coming out as well. They were nice ladies but I wont be going back.

I like Tess, however there was another one who did my hair and her attitude and behavior turned me off. She was very rough on my hair and I still have sores and scares on my scalp. Do not let the girl with the gap in her teeth do your hair. Tess is the best--request her and not the other chick.

I have been going for over a year and had my hair braided about 3-4 times. They are professional, quick, polite and accommodating. Yes, their prices are on the high end but you get what you pay for. I am giving them 4 stars because of the size of the shop, but overall, this is a great shop.

This has to be the best braiding shop in Delaware!!! Initially I was concerned about the review regarding the rude lady with the gap in her teeth, but I was assured that she no longer works there and everyone there was so nice!

It was crowded when I went in but they were getting people in fast. They kept my appointment although they did not have the style I asked for they did a very good job. Will go here again.

First time going here. It was crowded but hey thats because people love the services they provide. Prices are high but worth it! They are very friendly and accommodating. I recommend it!
