Usually I dont have a problem with this store and the ladies that work in the wig department are always great. But today some young lady that works in another part of the store decides to make a derogatory comment about people using the private room area to try on wigs are bald headed along with some other rude things as she walks over. Little does she know (apparently) that someone might have a skin disease with no cure or unfortunately Cancer and maybe just came from Chemotherapy. Maybe when hiring this young lady they should have been more through.

I love Beauty Max! The variety of products to choose from is tremendous. I love the customer service. As soon as you walk in the door theres always someone to greet you with a smile willing to assist you with your shopping experience. Beauty Max is definitely a 5 star rated beauty supply store!!!!!!

I have been to several beauty supply stores in Philly and this is a pretty good one compare to the ones in Philly . I love them they even have a discount program if you are regular consumers. They even have people to help you.
