It really makes me sad to have to write this review.....my hope is that a lesson will be learned. After reading others I find I am not alone. First, when you are in a business of dealing with people you could put a smile on your face and make your customers feel welcome..A greeting when they enter with a promise that you will be there when they ask for assistance. Courtesy and kindness goes a long long way in this type of business. Second..there are enough security cameras in this place to save you the steps wasted as your customers are followed and made to feel uncomfortable. Someone else said "we" get enough of that in other establishments. And last, your doors should be open for as long as your stated business hours. On too many occasions I have come by to find the gate down and a sign that reads back in 5 or 10 mins. Yesterday it was 5. However, we waited approx. 30 mins. and no one showed. I love my Black people and really want to support Black businesses when I can. God knows the opportunities in this area are few. So, just a suggestion, if you really want to be here....Step up your game..please. Till such time I regretfully will be shopping elsewhere. P.S. lowering your prices just a bit might help too.

I wish there was an option to give this business no stars. This is the absolute worst beauty supply store i have ever been to. The prices are out of this world. Something that cost 4 or 5 bucks at Wal-Mart or Sallys is 8 to 10 dollars here. The cost of the hair is just ridiculous. 12 inch human hair is almost $40. And lets not even talk about the ghetto workers that this store has. I will never step my foot in or spend my money in this store. The hair store on Pittston Ave is much better and has a better variety. Her prices are also much cheaper.

Worst beauty supply store i have ever been in. Not just because the prices are ridiculous but everytime i go in there i always feel as if im bothering them when i need help. Even when i called to see if they had something, she rushed me off the phone and told me to call back. Seriously? Theyre rude, ghetto, and just unfriendly. Then on top of the terrible customer service their prices are so expensive. No thanks ill stick to waiting until i go back to my hometown in Jersey to purchase anything i cant get at sallys or walmart

I stopped shopping here because the customer service severely lacks. You would think a black owned business wouldnt follow their own customers around. I can get that experience at a white establishment. They closed early one day and the woman closing looked so annoyed by my presence. My money can be annoying too. Theres another store in Monroe County and those reviews arent the best either. Learn to run a business.

I wouldnt even give it a 1 star. Im all for supporting black own bussiness but where is the friendly smile when you walk in and why so much rudeness when asking can I help you like you still in the hood. I solved my own issues with this bussiness they cant get a penny from me anymore!
