The one on Marrows Rd needs to be closed for discrimination and I am surprised they havent been sued. If your skin is any shade of brown, employees watch you as you go up and down every aisle but they dont offer to help you. Every aisle I was in, there was somebody standing at the end of the aisle intentionally watching me. I am a professional at my job. I went there on my lunch hour so I was dressed for work. I never felt so uncomfortable in any BSS in my life. I will never go back there. I know it is common to be under surveillance in any store but they are over the top with it. Totally rude.

I went to the Wilmington location, and didnt have a bad experience until i went the third time. The asian lady was extremely rude, and watched all of the african american/black customers like the were going to steal. I walked right out of store and would never purchase ANYTHING from them again. This location should be shut all the way down.

They are one of the best in delaware,what i dont like is that everybody doesnt steal so why they on u as soon as u walk in and also they will follow ur every move. Smh makes me dont even wanta spend a penny there.

the one in bear delaware has way more nicer people. yes they are asian but are much nicer then the ghetto fabulous black woman in wilmington. i walked in there and immediately felt judged because of my skin tone.

Just know i would never buy another $70 wig from that store ever again. Brought it friday come monday its raggedy. So upset with myself for letting the lady tlk me into getting the wig.
