I had a facial at this Ulta location with Ashley. I was shocked to see that this Ulta location has a private room (not just a screened off area) for facial treatments. It was very quiet and peaceful. I completely forgot that I was in the middle of a busy retail store! I was in the room for around 90 minutes. When I got my receipt to take to the register, I was shocked! It was around $30 less than a comparable facial at another salon! Not only was the base price around $20 less, but as a new customer, I got an additional 15% off (no coupon needed)! My Esthetician, Ashley, was fantastic! She was friendly and knowledgeable. She made great recommendations without making me feel pressured to buy anything. I was nervous about getting a facial since I have relatively sensitive skin and I had heard that extractions can hurt! She assured me that all the products she would use are safe for sensitive skin. I never felt any pain or discomfort. When I left, my skin was glowing and squeaky clean! I didnt experience any problems during or after the appointment and my skin still looks amazing! If you live in the area, I highly recommend making an appointment!

I work across the street from this place so I am in an awful lot. I stopped by after work to pick up a foundation by tarte that was on sale that day. I matched myself with the tester, but my color was not available behind the testers on the sales floor. I asked a staff to go in the back and get a light sand for me, and that i already looked behind the products on the shelf for it. She insisted that she look for me and came up with the color I "needed". Needless to say she didnt feel like going in the back for me and gave me a medium sand instead.... TOTALLY DIFFERENT COLOR. Very unfortunate.

Terrible customer service. The ladies are very judgmental and refuse to help you with anything!I asked a lady for help but she was leaving so she got another lady and the other lady just starred me down like I was a piece of trash or something.This isnt the experience I wanted from Ulta!I rather go to Sephora because they actually help and arent judgmental.

Very nice location and friendly staff. Ive been making my own shampoo and hair products for years, so i find it rather obsurd how costly certain simple items are. Otherwise the quality selection and services here are plentiful.

The woman Tracey who works in salon and also does eyebrows and waxing is awesome. Very knowledgeable about her trade, and will bend over backwards for her customers. Must go see and this coming from a man ladies.
