I just had THE WORST experience there. The workers are SO unprofessional, probably the rudest employees Ive ever seen come from a company, you can tell how absolutely shocked I am the way I was treated. When I asked her if they had anymore palettes in stock the woman rudely replied with "well Im helping someone else so?" and when she finally found one she basically tossed it into my hands and walked away without saying another word. I ALMOST LOST IT. The more I looked around the store the more I noticed how they were out of stock of EVERYTHING and if they did have it they were too lazy to put it on the floor. They were so unhelpful. I will NEVER go back to this Ulta. Im sick that I even gave them my money. I will be going to the north hills ulta from now on. They need a customer service lesson, & need to drop the attitude.

This rating is about the brow bar! Whatever you do ..DONT GO TO A WOMAN NAMED KRISTEN. Extremely unprofessional , after my mother and I were mad that no one told us over the phone that I had to be 18 to get my brows done by myself, and she had to drive down to Ulta . She talked rudely to my mother and said that it was a law everywhere that u had to be 18, which is wrong. She then tries to start and I get angry for the way she spoke to my mother so I told my mom that we should go somewhere else. Kristen gets mad and says do I want someone else, Im like hello yes I dont like the way your speaking to me in which after this she slams her tools down and refuses to come out until we leave . However the girl who did my brows Hannah was amazing!

Ive been shopping here for 5 months now. Im pretty shy when it comes to cosmetics (and people!), but Ive always had a good or great experience here. Im friendly with the staff, and they are friendly back, even when busy. They taught me how to get the most out of skin care, nails and makeup on a budget that fits me. I never thought Id have a go-to makeup place, but this is definitely it. :) I agree that sometimes they are out of a specific item. However, I would rather have that than product that isnt circulating and therefore old.

Didnt agree at all with my color match that I asked for , was a blonde lady, a lot of make up , thin between 33-37 I think. She wanted to just grab stuff from every type of makeup so the powder doesnt compliment the foundation (two different brands). She was rushing and kept walking away to talk to another worker. The Clinique lady was caring and helpful when I was searching for a moisturizer for oily skin, spent 300 and wasnt satisfied, will not be returning.

Love Ulta, but had the worst experience with employees at this particular Ulta. I was wearing lounge clothes and no makeup and they treated me like I wasnt good enough to shop there. When I tried to make an appointment with the salon I was told I needed a legal guardian. Im 21. They need to treat every customer who walks in with the respect they deserve.

Bought a body shop kit 6 weeks ago from Ulta Cranberry. I bought it for an International travel and did not open trusting the contents. Opened it today and find the creams are used and almost empty. I am now out of country for a few weeks so not in a position to return. I would never trust buying from a store that is selling used skin care products!!
