I always love Lush products and usually by around $200 worth of products every time I go. But at this location, the employees were extremely pushy. I absolutely hate employees following me around and saying something about everything thing that I pick up. I felt very uncomfortable and couldnt enjoy looking at the products because the employees starred at me and had to say something about every little thing I picked up. This is why I only bought one item, because I couldnt wait to get out of there. I understand that they try to sell you things, but they go way to far in there and prevented me from buying items. Definitely wont be going back to this location.

Great employees and customer service, truly a joy to go in and experience. I was really impressed with the store. However some of their products contain parabens, which brings into question their "all natural" marketing model. I was disappointed that the one product i was really interested in buying contained an ingredient known to be an endocrine disruptor. An amazing store otherwise, just check the ingredient list before you buy.

The smell is overwhelming. I had a pretty bad headache from being in there only a few minutes. But their soaps and scrubs are awesome! I recommend the products as long as you can get someone else to go get them for you.

Service at all Lush stores is always so pleasant. This was no exception. Eventually you cant smell anything at all. There are so many scents it can be overwhelming. Nothing a whiff of coffee wont clear up.

This place is an absolute treasure. Everything is organic and good for you. We literally just drove 2 hours just to buy soap, its that good. My personal favorite is honey I washed the kids shampoo bar.

Its just the best. Every lush product is amazing and walking into the store is like heaven for your sense of smell. Its always up to date, clean and hip. My favorite store on King Street!

Love the bathbombs! Guardian of the forest is one of my absolute favorites (as a man), cup o coffee is my go to face scrub, and the staff is so fun. Samples arent free though.
