Dont bother with the salon - TERRIBLE customer service. I had an appointment booked for Tuesday, they called me Tuesday AM to tell me it would need to be rescheduled and they had availability for the same time, 6:30, on Thursday. I accepted the new time, only to get a call Wednesday evening that they would have to cancel my appointment AGAIN, and there was nothing they could do. I offered to come in earlier, but I was given no real explanation for what happened, just told there wasnt enough time to complete my cut and color. Then why was it scheduled in the first place? I called Ulta on Palm Beach Lakes, and they said they cold take me for the same services at 6:30, so totally dont understand their excuse about time. If you need a reliable place for a hair salon, this Ulta location is NOT it. I highly advise looking elsewhere.

Dont bother with the salon worst customer service ever i mad a appointment twice with a lady went there to tell me that they couldnt take then I went the next day to get my hair done for the color to get all over my clothes towels sheets ect called up to get my money back wouldnt do worst ever will never go back

Salon Girls Rock!!! I was Freaking out...they helped calmed me down and made sure I Left Happy...and Shakira the Skin Lady is un like no other she doesnt make you buy products if you dont want and her skin treatments are amazing!
