RUDE Staff INCLUDING THE MANAGER! I went to go return some candles which I did not like and the manager gave me a hard time and accused me of abusing the system which I did not do! I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for this harassment! Even one of their employees lied and said I was there 5 times which I was not. I was amazed how they get away with treating their people rudely there. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU ENJOY GETTING RIPPED OFF!

RUDEST STORE EVER. The staff? Beyond atrocious. They give you salty looks when asking questions, management does not care, they have a girl of color do all the work while they lounge around and even give her salty looks and attitudes. I was beyond disgusted. This store needs to be properly advised on customer service and employee appreciation. Small store that acts so big. Jeff, Samantha, Dawn are yet the rudest people ive met.

All of the staff treat me with respect and I go there like every other week. They each work hard and DO NOT let just one person do.the work. Any "rude" employee is nonexistent because I know this store like the back of my hand.

Rude staff that are unhelpful. Cashier didnt give me the balance on my giftcard. Luckily, the customer service for Bath and Body Works is great.
