Have been a customer since they opened. Sadly we wont be going back. On August 24th we visited the store to return a Vape we bought just before vacation 10 days earlier. On the second day of using the Vape it spit hot liquid in my wifes face. Went to the store as soon as we could to see if we could return it or at least get store credit. To us, a Vape is defective if it spits hot liquid at you. My wife will not use the vape again and I dont trust it either. Unfortunately we did not see the vape return policy posted but I figured, since weve been loyal customers since they opened, they could possible do store credit or some other accommodation; apparently not. The store manager kept blaming my wife for inserting the liquid wrong. I made it clear that it was set up by the store staff and my wife never installed any liquid. Also, the manager kept saying it was user error and if shes vaping to cut back on nicotine thats going to happen. The other worker even stated that the spitting of liquid occurs on his as well. It was never mentioned to my wife that the unit could spit hot liquid in her face. I would have considered that a valuable piece of information to tell a customer during the initial purchase. I understand that a company needs to make a profit in order to stay afloat. BUT...when you sell a product that is readily available at numerous other locations its the service the customer will return for. While the conversation was progressing the manager kept blaming my wife and user error, pointing to the store policy and asking me if the company should "eat" the $50? One of the most annoying comments from the manager was that "shes just trying to put food on her table too". So to summarize my conversation: 1) Vapes are not returnable (understood). 2) I realize people will try to pull a fast one when returning items (been a customer since they opened so I think they have a good idea of my character since we even wrote supporting letters to help keep the roller machines operating.) 3) I do not believe this manager has an understanding of the term "customer service". I walked away feeling like this person just didnt care after a sale was made. At one point, when I said weve been coming here since the store opened and I dont want to take my business elsewhere. The manager actually asked me what else Ive bought in the store, which shocked me a bit. I thought, did she really just try to establish a value on me as a customer based on how much Ive bought over time...wow. Sad, so sad.

I had to change my review because last month I brought a Kangertech Pangu starter kit from these guys. Yes, big daddy switch to e cigs bro. Ive been of the tobacco products for close to 4 months now. But anyway I brought the Kangertech kit from these guys and the coils started burning out really fast within a weeks time. Ive been using the Vape Pens before I brought this Tank slash drip tip. So, I knew you suppose to all the coil to get saturated before taking a puff. I did that. I took the device back and the woman inspected the device. What piss me off is that, she was literally trying to unscrew the tank off. You would think she knew that the Kangertech Pangu starter kit model, the tank doesnt screw off. Then to make things worse, she gets e-juice all over the place and gets an attitude with me. First of all, how are you going to sell products like these and not know a damn thing about them. She then replaces the coil and saturates it before sticking the coil back into the device. She actually accused me of not saturating the coil. I kept telling her I did. I also told her that the Kangertech look like it was the display because it had missing parts. The manual was missing and the extra tank. This is the second device I brought from these people and parts were missing. She never acknowledged me when I said that. So, she wiped off the device and I took it back home. It worked good for about a week or so. By that 30 day mark and I knew that I was stuck with that device. I spent close to $50 bucks for this device that now dont work, but its all good though they will need my business before I need them again. I didnt drop names because I know how hard is to find work. As a suggestion, dont be so quick to blame the customer(All customers are not the same) and know your damn products that you sell.

These guys are terrible, I bought a stick starter kit from them and asked them to see me extra coils that go with it. So, they sold me a 5 pack of the wrong coil with one missing out of the pack. They are disorganized and lack knowledge of their own products. They would not let me return the starter kit that I was unhappy with b/c I was a day past their short 7 day return policy. I was also told that the owner would call me regarding the return. I have yet to hear from her..... My advice, go to Primal, they may cost a little more, but the staff is more knowldgeable and much friendlier.

My husband and I are new to vaping, and the staff was very helpful! Even though we bought our mods online, the woman in the shop took the time to explain everything to us, including showing us to change the coils and get everything up and running! Although it is a little more expensive, definitely will keep buying juices from them! They are good quality! :-D

Great Customer Service & Products. I dont understand why anyone would pay $7 for a pack of cigarettes or for me $210 per month when I now spend $42 per month. Yes you read right, $42 per month! In addition, I smoke less. PLUS its tobacco not loaded with chemicals meaning no "smokers-cough". A must try if your a smoker.
