March 17, 4:30 pm. To whom it may concern, I have written the time I was in this shop so they owner may know who was working this day. Your employees of this hour stated are rude and they insult your customers. Especially the guy in the white winter hat. Perhaps this is the way they are trained, to imply your customers are liars in order to get over on the shop for a measly $68. I will contact the manufacturer to get a replacement eGo A10. I would have purchased another today while I wait a replacement because it has helped me to quit smoking. One thing is certain, I will never purchase from the Phoenixville Smoke Shop again and I will gladly spread the word. Oh, and thanks to the callous behavior I went to the Joyetech site and ordered a new eGoA10 for much less money so anyone who reads this now knows they can by-pass The Phoenixville Smoke Shop and save some money while avoiding the insults.

Pheonixville smoke shop is by far the best place around for all your vape needs and more!! They have great hours, being that they are open til 10 or later!!! Everytime I come in I am always greated with respect and made feel welcome. All the employees have been nothing but overly kind to me and all of my friends I have brought with me! The staff is also very helpful and always steer me in the right direction. I find myself coming to the shop 2-3 times a week even if I dont need anything just because it is a enjoyable place to hang out. This is my go to shop for all my vape needs!

I recently purchased a water pipe from this store and upon opening it out of the bubble wrap for the first time the slide broke. Was not dropped or handled roughly in any matter. It had clearly broken right along the seam from where it was fused together. When I called the shop they told me it was on me to come in and they could "try to fix it" or I could buy another one. So pretty much its on me to hope you can fix it causing another weak spot or spend more money and get something I should already have. So over all poor customer service for a paying customer.

Ive bought 2 pieces from them, both rigs for "aromatherapy". First one was over priced and broke within 2 weeks. The next rig was like a straw and a fair price. It broke within the week. The glass has been weak and broke after being heated up too much. Selection is pretty bare, with high prices. I actually like the guy that helped me the first time, but going back twice since and seeing him again. Hes gotten worse. The girl Ive only met once and she was very rude.

Entered store looking for a coffee infused cigar....was pointed towards a Macanudo Cafe. Asked the gentleman two different times if he was SURE that these were coffee infused cigars. He responded with "Yup, see it says cafe right on it...that means its infused with coffee." I spend 4 dollars more than everyone other shop around on a box of cigars and head out. The cigars are NOT coffee infused and now I have a $24 box of trash. Wont be returning. Ever.

These frauds are the biggest rip off. If You need over priced "tobacco" pipes thats the only thing they are good for. They had nothing I needed in stock. Totally showed me the wrong way to prime my atomizers, pissing away more of my money. Got twice the equipment down the street at Liberty Vapor for half the price with full knowledge. Do yourself a favor and go to Liberty Vapor. Id give this joint a 1/16 of a star if I could. RIP OFF.

Amazing blown glass art & jewelry! See live glass blowing on premises! All staff is very friendly & helpful! I wont shop anywhere else for my smoking & vaping needs! Wonderful flavors of oils for Vape pens for nicotine replacement! My favorite is Ecstasy, the flavor is Carmel Cinnamon Bun! Plenty of other flavors as well. If you dont find a flavor you like here it doesnt exist. Stop in for a wonderful experience!

when coming into the shop there were plenty of customers but I was still served right away they showed me all the options that I was looking for and then some .the juice selection was out of this world and the shop was clean and easy to navigate. Plus if you cant make it to Phoenixville Early dont worry about it because theyre open till 11 Thursday Friday Saturday! Come check these guys out

Very rude and seriously overpriced. These guys seem like they just smoke pot all day and pretend to know about the items they sell. I also heard they were dealing weed out of the store and that some of their CBD edibles are just a front and are in fact THC edibles. Maybe law enforcement should take a look..

Its actually my roommate that loves it here (I dont smoke). He has discovered the tremendous cost savings involved in rolling his own cigarettes. After small initial investment for a quality rolling machine he can spend the cost of one pack of commercial cigarettes and make enough to last him a month.

I was here the other day, tried to buy two neat pieces. Turns out the guy bubble wrapped the wrong pieces. Maybe I shouldve been watching him better? For some illogical reason I thought he was wrapping what I actually wanted. 40 dollhairs down the mediocre drain, thanks mate.

Just glad a shop like this is still around. Right here in Phoenixville they are doing such beautiful art. The staff is always very helpful even with an old hoot like me. They explain things so even I can understand.
