I love this place. I go here quite a bit. I think the selection is fine, although I wish he would carry CAO, and more Cuesta Reys. But it is a great place to get a good smoke (Rocky Patel Corojo Edge is what I like now) and have a coffee, soda or water. They take good care of you and are very friendly and try to make conversation. I am going there today to get a smoke because I think the prices are very good. Not on-line ordering good, but that is not their business. There business is: come in, get a smoke and enjoy some company. They have a side room to watch games on big tvs. Only improvements I wish they could make, which I bet is outside of their control: 1. BYOB or sell some liquor. Soda and coffee are nice, but not as good as with a bourbon, or my choice, SOCO that has been in the freezer. 2. Even more places to site. There is some wasted space. 3. Stay open later, at least until midnight. 4. Server appetizers. If they did these things, they would have to add a few hotel rooms because no one would want to leave. I had a zippo that broke. Tell me one lighter that doesnt break.

If the customer service and overall employee (which i believe is owner/operator) attitude was better this place might be OK. The have a mediocre selection of cigars; even smaller selection of pipe tobacco. The product knowledge is either non-existant or the employees just choose to not be helpful. Actual prices are over inflated. This shop needs to close. Honestly if you are looking for a tobacco bar to hang out at watch the game and enjoy some smoking pleasure I would suggest XHALE lounge in Philadelphia. The store may be smaller but the service and willingness to find what you need is always there. If they cantankerous answer a question theyll find the answer. Their prices are great too.

Terrible service. The guy in there was racist. Me and my husband walked in there & he just stared at us for a while before even saying anything. He asked if he could help us like he was mad that we were in there & after my husband said that we were just looking around, he reiterated could he help us with something. The whole time we were in there he was just silent & watching us like Hawks. He wouldnt even allow us to go in and look at the cigars, at that point I was ready to leave & refused to spend my money there. If I could give them half a star I would. Awful service.

I have been in here four separate occasions and have found he same results each time: excellent customer service, decent selection of cigars, and plenty of seating. They are a tad expensive, but I understand that having a store in the KOP mall is expensive. I would highly recommend (especially if you do lot want to go shopping). Edit: I revisited on July 8th, 2014. The service was great, but several cigars were covered in mold: The Headley Grange, in particular). Not just one or two, but several.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!! It might be cool to go hand out and smoke a cigar IF YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE. Everything in this store is OVERPRICED (everything in the store is much much cheaper online) and the store manager is just like a car salesman. They will try to sell you anything. The lighters whether $20 or $40 are terrible and break after one use. I have had to replace one that i bought there multiple times! I will never go back even when the crap breaks again (which it will).
