Terrible.Witness a theft! No security to help. The Century Security called for backup, and the Casino security said they didnt have anyone! The Chinese defecate on the bathroom floors, spit all over, no toilet paper to use and they eat from their paper-bags. Disgusting and very appalled. No hygiene and you know what they are spreading germs! My friends have stop going because of these homeless people. No ambiance anymore...no more restaurants and shopping because of Sands casino policies and regulations. Shame, and sad. I am a local in the area and I enjoyed the market place. Now I will not be going back, because of the above. Fix it or lose this Historic location too. Bethlehem Steel was one of the greatest and now Sands will rise and fall. Sad. Make the outlets a mall setting and put some sofas and clean up the dirty and ugly. We can improve and hopefully not Fall again. The neighborhoods are all talking of the insanitary and deplorable conditions currently there. Stop bringing the homeless! Awful!

Shopping at DKNY was a very pleasant, fun experience. I took my daughter-in-law and my 11year old granddaughter. WE had such a good time and mostly because of the sales person, Christine, she was just into helping my granddaughter which made it a neat experience for her. I went shopping there a couple weeks later and Christine made it a point to come say hi to me and ask about my granddaughter, which is pretty amazing for her to remember because she sees hundreds of people a day. Besides the quality merchandise, the people working there are pretty special and deserve a big thanks.....SO THANKS!!!!! ****they do need seating in the mall for the light weight shoppers....my husband has no where to sit, so he pesters for me to hurry. the more comfey he is; the longer I can shop.***

We had dinner at Buddy Valastro, of TLCs Cake Boss restaurant and it was not disappointing. Genuine Italian food and you simply must save room for desert. It was a little pricey but worth every penny. Staff is excellent and could not be friendlier. My wife ordered THE FORAGER pizza it had roasted mushrooms and black truffle “pesto”, tomato confit, fontina, arugula, ricotta. It was amazing. She also had the Cannoli’s and said they were the best she ever had. I have a gluten sensitivity and had the gluten free pasta, it was cooked just right and the gravy/sauce was delicious. Defiantly recommend this place.

Everything is just beautiful and clean especially the casino fun place to visit and go dont bet over your head control yourself the hospitality drinks are excellent some shady waitress so be prepared for them, management need to have a talk with all of them waitress about their personality if nobody tips them " move on. Other than that the casino is very nice " there have been a lot of pleasant employees that I have ran across and talk with and some very nice waitress the food places are all around you are good and reasonable price enjoy your visit.

Slots are tight and most have broken buttons in some capacity. They favor seniors and forget about any free comps like other hotel casinos. The Casino Sucks! As far as the stores..they are the only reason I still go. I especially love GH Bass, Charming Charlies and Lenox. The outlets should stand alone because they are great shops with great sales and customer rewards. Too bad they are connected to such an awful casino.

Conveinent to casino. Plenty of free parlong in garage or outside. In garage must walk thru CASINO. Shops represent wide variety of retail shops. Dont see many outlet prices. My favorite is Cake Boss bakery offshoot to Buddys Hoboken store. Product is the same though pricey. Shoe store .. habbedashery store .. dress barn .. several jewellers .. nice alternative to gambling.

The Outlets at the Sands has a great selection of different shops. Really anything you want can be found here. Prices are higher but that is expected since it is attached to the casino. But there are always sales going on that make it worth visiting on a regular basis. There is also an awesome arcade to keep the kids entertained while you shop.

THE FOOD... well the Croissant place Upstairs near the Casino EVERYTHING on the menu is DIVINE and Carlos bakery downstairs (Nutella Lobster Tail) are a MUST! Cute little clothing place for kids with designer names for great prices. The Coach store is OMG! Now I plan on visiting the Spa on my next visit. Will tell you how it goes!

This shopping mall seems far more attractive to tourists than to locals. Its benefit is that clothing currently is not subject to sales tax in Pennsylvania. Its liability is that the clothing on sale is outlet-grade, not first quality. Food options include an Asian soup restaurant inside a large food court in the upper level.

The outlets are attached to the food court, casino, nightclub and hotel. This is convenient in inclement weather. There is a daycare facility for children under 18. The prices are not great at the outlets but there are always sales going on. There is a very good buffet between the casino and food court.

This place is very friendly towards tourist. People can either gamble or shop with a wide range of food to eat. They tend to be packed during events, would not recommend going on a day of an event. Parking is fine on normal days but when theres an event, all three parking lot are full.

I love some mommy time. So yes I go gamble for 1-2 hrs. And the food court has great food..i love the crepes, and there is a place that makes really good salads and sandwiches.. I use my comps to cover my food cost. Also there are outlet stores too like Coach, Guess, DKNY

A little high priced and limited selection. Classy area and kept clean. Attached to casino and hotel so you do not need to go anywhere. Larger population of people just hanging out in the area (people are bussed in from NY and hang around this and other areas of casino).

Overall nice place. Security between the event center and casino do not seem to communicate though. IDs are checked to get into an event, and your arm is tagged, yet there is a huge line going to the casino floor for people who have already had their IDs checked.

This mall is beautiful. They only complaint is that to get to it from the place with the most parking, you have to cut through the cassino which means getting carded, walking through the smoking section, and not being able to go through with a minor.

Always nice place get some reasonable bargins in the outlets, food plaza, and of coarse not big gambler but we do on occasion go and never leave rich but always have nice time, only thing thats bummer is smelling the smoking in the casino area

I would compare this place too a two story mall with a fancy name. I was not impressed with the store selection nor with the stores available products. It is simply another method for Sands to capitalize on those staying in the resort.
