Ugggghhhhhhhh this place is the worst. We got here a couple minutes before they open at 11,we waited in a 50 person line for 45 minutes. Once we finally got to a cashier things only got worse. It appeared as though it was her first time touching a computer. That was another 15 minutes. We couldnt jump until 12 then. Another 45 minute wait. Also the fascist regime that is sky zone will not allow you to wear almost identical socks from freefall trampoline Park. So we all bought those, even though we were already wearing the afore mentioned freefall grippy socks. Then the employee told us how terrible freefall is and slandered their establishment. The place is also very small as you could imagine being in the West gate mall. Overall its terrible. Make the right choice and go to freefall its off William Penn highway and is enormous. 33,000 square feet.

I have tried multiple times going to this nail salon due to how close it is to my house, but every time I have gone they have been the rudest set off people Ive ever met. Its bad enough that only 1 technician can do designs. One Tech tried to draw a basic design and couldnt (A half hour later 20x of redos & nothing) And today I was supposed to have an appt at 4:45 I showed up at 4:50 due to me dropping my kids off at skyzone so they wouldnt be at the nail salon. Anyways I get there and a worker comes up to me after 5min of me waiting there and says Leena left she waited but you didnt show up. I was 5min late, so how long did she wait for me if my appt was at 4:45??? Like I said THE RUDEST SET OF PEOPLE & NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN AROUND!!!!!!!!

With the new trampoline entertainment park recently opened, this mall has experienced a new breath of life. It needed one. It has all the basics, including a Bon Ton department store on the north end, a Rite Aid on the south end, and a nice Weis Markets supermarket in the middle. And a state liquor store! Also notable is a place for knife sharpening and vacuum cleaner repairs. This is the shopping center you dont really enjoy but keep coming back to, especially in the winter when you want walk laps but are afraid of falling. Great Chinese buffet too!

Im kind of upset that they tore down the original whole interior and mural that was once the heart of the Westgate Mall and replaced it with some ridiculous trampoline bounce house, but at the same time I realize that the Westgate Mall prior to the bounce house was on life support and desperately needed funds for a restoration otherwise would have been demolished and probably turned into a Lehigh Valley Health Network facility.

I went to Johnnys Bagels with my friend. I had sausage,egg,and cheese on an everything Bagel. My friend got a steak sandwich. We both enjoyed it very much. This is one of our favorite places to eat. Plus when you order a dozen to go you get a bakers dozen of 13. Try it, you have a wide menu to choose from. All kinds of creme cheeses to pick from.

This mall has definitely fallen from Grace. There are at most 10 stores inside and nothing else. The trampoline place opened which may help draw people but there is still nothing in this mall. I remember when it had wall to wall stores. Hopefully the new owners can revitalize the mall.

A few good stores but the rest of the mall is dead. Get some better stores in there and promote it because not everyone likes huge malls like lehigh valley. Also these little vendors selling used stuff or lularue are just taking up space. Get creative.

A small enclosed strip mall with one Dept.store(Bonton), pet shop, small womens boutique,Payless,Weiss grocery store, Subway subs,Rite-Aid, jewelry store, card store, Holiday Hair and Einstein bagels,guitar and music store, and trampolines place.

Its going on at ........ Westgate Mall! This was the old slogan years ago. Still pretty funny. They have been doing a lot of renovations at Westgate Mall so it seems like it will survive for years to come. The sky zone trampoline park is fun!

While they have been renovating lately, this outdoor strip mall still seems a bit outdated. Not many of the trendy stores youd expect to see at a mall. The shops at Lehigh Valley are much nicer.

Johnnys Bagels is the best bagel shop around. The bagels are delicious. They are the perfect texture and theyre huge. The egg and cheese sandwich is also great! The staff here is great as well!

Theyve done a nice job renovating and updating this recently. We went for SkyZone, which is a great time for kids. Theres also a combo bargain with the pizza shop across from it.

Not bad they have a trampoline park now and a few other big name stores, they just need better marketing and maybe a change in the name to bring back its life it use to have

Nice small inside walking strip mall, has food places, liquor store, grocery store, clothing and many others. Great place to go to shop for everything you need

I do business with Westgate Jewelers. This is the only reason I ever go to the Westgate Mall. I dont know how any other business survives in the ghost town!!!

Thank God they opened Sky Zone here otherwise it would have been a ghost mall. Antiquated and the stench from the pet store permeates throughout the halls

Not much here but there is usually moderate traffic, plenty of parking and great food places. So much nicer than the chaos at Lehigh Valley mall!!

This is an antiquated mall. In great location but min. Selection of really good stores. Several brand new malls close by have greater experience.

I go to WEIS Grocery Store. Its smaller which makes it easier for me walking. But, you can always find what you want. Their bakery is the best!!

Has some good restaurants but really nothing there other than BonTon for clothing and weis food store for groceries. Does have lots of parking.

Wesley Works

The mall has been completely overhauled and is much better than it was a decade ago. Major improvements and new shops have revived this mall.
