First of all. Belle Vernon Starbucks doesnt suck. And Sam isnt a b****. I go there everyday. And I always get the exact same drink. They make it perfect. Anywhere else I go its never right. And if they do mess it up in Belle vernon they always fix it. Yes the manager does suck. He is mean. But who cares he is temporary and moves from store to store. I love bv starucks. Shout outs to all my Starbucks employees (hi brett) that never mess my drink up!

I bought a venti cinnamon chai tea latte at Starbucks on the turnpike at New Stanton today. I couldnt taste anything other than warm milk so I stopped at this Starbucks to just get a regular chai latte. I made mention of it to the ladies at the drive-thru. I wasnt expecting it but they were kind enough to give me the drink for free! Thanks again and I will be sure to stop by on future travels!

My new local. Ive been coming here for a while and I enjoy relaxing here or hurrying through to get some coffee for the rest of the trip home from work. Some employees are more personable than others but Im ok with that. I know what to expect and the baristas have been well trained. I enjoy ordering through the app as well. They get it done quickly. Top notch.

Well I went here a couples of times and I just love it. I always get the caramel cookie bar frapp off the secret menu and let me just say its the best frapp this coffee shop ever made. I went to Washington PA Starbucks and they always mess up my order and it never taste great as the one at belle Vernon Starbucks .

Employees talk too much to each other when waiting on the customers (bickering/complaining among each other.) Not focusing on job or customer. Not very friendly to customers. Also not trained correctly for each drink - each employee always makes the smore frapp. different among other drinks as well.

This is a busy Starbucks but the Management and Staff bust out your order with accuracy and enthusiasm. They always have the latest products and they are presented well. I bring my clients here often on first time greetings to meet in a clean, welcoming environment. I HIGHLY recommend this location.

One of the better Starbucks around. They offer the typical Starbucks coffee experience. They only real draw back is the drive through speaker is in the worst location possible. Its behind the small strip mall that Starbucks is in and faces the highway. Road noise is always an issue.

Snobby service. The check out counter person was annoyed and rude to the person in front of us, and that carried over to customers following. If management reads this, this person was not wearing a name tag but we checked out 4:32pm on Aug21st

Slowest drive thru. The tall blonde making my coffee was more worried about talking than making my drink. Probably took 12 mins from ordering to receiving my coffee.

Only use the drive thru. Most of the staff are very friendly with the exception of one or two. Drive thru is slow. Drink is always right though.
