This location has improved over the years. There was a time I would have given it one star, but Im guessing it must be under new management. Theres a tall man there with long, dirty blond hair and glasses (at times) that is knowledgeable about not only games, but also about GameStop policy, inventory, and deals. He has bent over backward to save me money on several occasions -- one of which landed me an elite Xbox One with elite controller as a trade in for my old Xbox One and maybe two games. I wont go anywhere else if I need to get hardware. On that note, however, I buy my games digitally, so I dont use them for games or trade-ins.

wilsonvile gamestop store clerks are very unfriendly and wont help customers, they are very rude and dont know their instore credit program. im a gamer played atari, nintendo 64, ps, ps2, ps3, ps4, xbox 360, xbox one, computer, dsi, psp, arcades. gamers want games period, not these fools at wilsonvile. even they are close by, i travel farther just to find a good customer service who is willing to help and support the customer, or at least know their instore program.

The staff at this Game Stop is sub-par in their knowledge of games that are not the latest and greatest. If you’re looking for information about something that was released more than six months ago, the staff is of little help. Their selection is good, but it seems like their used game selection is significantly lacking when compared to other Game Stop stores in the area.

We came in because we could not get my sons 3DS to connect to the internet. None of the internet suggestions were helping. J.J. helped us update the device and it is now connecting just fine. Thank you J.J., for being a credit to your company, and just an all around good guy. :) We will be back when we are ready for some new games!

Extremely friendly and full of knowledge. Peoe dont like game stop because they dont give fair prices. But this place is extremely welcoming. They give me all the info I need in a polite manner. I got my ps4 and all my games from them. Extremely helpful and Im going g again tonight.

Every game stop a rip off if pay 60 for game they only give u slap in face pretty much try get game for nothing then put on shelf for 40 if you wanna sell ur used games ill buy them for more what they ask you

preordered a game, put 20 down, came in on launch day and payed the other 40 for my game, came back the very next day with the receipt and all I got was 25 trade in credit back. I feel cheated and robbed.

did not like the customer service. i also had a trade in and they would not accept it yet when i went to another store they gladly accepted it. dont waste your time it sucks

This was the GameStop I used first when moving to Oregon, until I found one closer to me. Its your standard GameStop: good used selection and all.
