Worst experience I have had in a long time. I had a appointment at a scheduled time only to find out that when I got there I had to wait another 45mins to get service. I was there due to my company having a discount promotion with sprint and the guy working there named Ismael kept questioning my about my discount instead of doing his research and know the knowledge of his own job. He seemed clueless of his job. I also told him many times that I was told to visit a sprint store to valid my work badge and show proof to get the discount.("You can save 50% on a national competitor rate plan and are eligible to get a $100 Reward Card. Take your pay stub or work badge to a store near you to activate your new account. After activation, you can register for your $100 Reward Card.) I ended up leaving with the same knowledge that I already knew, it was a waist of 1 hour and 20mins of my day. WARNING: Dont waist youre time avoid this place! I would give this a ZERO Star if possible!

The staff try to help you even if you know what youre doing.... and half of them have no technical knowledge! I dont blame the staff, as theyre probably encouraged to be that way. Their items are also pretty spendy, but they have quality products.
