Dont EVER order from them or sears online if they will be delivering via the Lakeport store. They are incompetent, rude, and do not care about customer service in the least. I ordered a fridge online and a month later it STILL washt delivered but was sitting at the Lakeport store. Even the manager of the Sears Delivery Department could not get a hold of these people to schedule a delivery. Had to cancel my order because they just wont deliver fridge and Im still waiting for my $ back. Dont make the same mistake that I did.

i was told by the 1800 number one thing and was told wrong. Eventually i called the lakeport sears and they had my refrig installed and to be within 3 hrs. i would recommend the guys very friendly and professional. i am so glad i got the 18cc refrig white because it was perfect size. if you want a great warrenty and fast service call the lakeport sears they get it done fast. they are also very affordable
