The greatest Gamestop I have ever been to. So if you havent been to this store In particular, its actually two stores in one. Thats right Gamestops popular partner Think Geek. This store is huge and with so many think geek goodies and a great game selection, this by far is the beat Gamestop Ive been to. Ive been to Gamestop from Ca to Ar, and this store always has a decent staff to accompany said flow of costumers. Five stars!

They seem to always have what I am looking for. I havent been disappointed yet. Knowledgeable and very easy to work with. My headset broke, bought another cheap one like it, it didnt work right. They took it back, no problems and I bought a better one that my friend had mentioned and were well informed on it.

Rushed out, even though I was the only customer. Everytime I have the larger guy with the beard, I get crap service. Didnt listen to me when I asked him about other products or seem to care I was there. I cancelled my pre order and left. I am done with this store. Ill stick to amazon.

Today, I preordered my collectors edition of Black Ops 3. All $200 of it. Carl was the gentleman who helped me out today, and most certainly provided excellent customer service. Simple, prompt and knows how to laugh.

2 employees made me cancel all my reservations and pro membership just so Id never have to look at them ever again. You go in to buy a $400 figure youd think theyd be happy about it but I guess it was too much effort.

Employees were not friendly or particularly helpful. Not very knowledgeable or even slightly fast. And of course just like any other game stop, youll get pennies and dimes if anything for your trade ins.

The old gamestop in the mall across the street was much better. The staff at this gamestop dont seem to have the same love for video games, and rarely seem like they enjoy talking to you at all.
