Ive been buying from Power Max for over 10 years now, either for myself or for clients. Power Max has hands-down the best customer service team in the industry for Mac users. Theyre friendly, responsive, extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They dont use any high-pressure sales tactics whatsoever; any recommendations they make are based purely on what best fits your needs, not on whats going to necessarily make a sale. Im lucky enough to live fairly close-by to Power Max, so Ive never had to have anything shipped to me. When Ive gone to their location to pick items up, Ive been able to witness the staff interactions. Not only are they all very friendly with each other, but they all seem to genuinely love working for Power Max (and have fun doing it), which to me says a lot about a business and its values as a company. I know first-hand that many of the people there have worked there for several years; For the 10+ years Ive bought from Power Max or referred clients to them, Ive worked with the same rep (Maya), and shes great. For selection, customizing ability, awesome customer service, advice and great prices on add-ons to your Mac, I would recommend that anyone in the market for anything Mac-related make Power Max their main source.

Fantastic Customer Service! I called in to check availability of the MacBook Pro I liked, however it was no longer available. So my rep Kelly searched and found me something that was similar in style and price. She had a feeling I was going to like it - and she was right! I had to call back in to tech support regarding the speed bump I incurred with upgrading my OS. I spoke with Christine and she assured me that if she couldnt figure it out, there was always other options for me. However - It worked! It was a simple problem that she helped me fix efficiently and quickly. I also received a follow-up email from Kelly who was just checking in with me to see that I got my issue worked out with Christine. I am so incredibly impressed with the customer service level these two had. Power Max is very fortunate to have such fantastic people representing them! I would recommend, and will be recommending them to everyone!

I had a wonderful experience with my purchase at PowerMax. I needed a MacBook for my middle schooler who is into Apple products and was not sure what to get. (Of course I wasnt going to buy her a brand new MacBook, shes not THAT spoiled). I am not familiar with Apple products and needed some help. I was blessed to "chat" with Honor from PowerMax who actually decided to call me so we could talk more about what I needed. I could tell she really wanted to help me to make the best decision with my purchase. She was so pleasant and helpful. It didnt sound like she was at "work" but she was enjoying what she was doing. I am so pleased with my purchase, the MacBook is perfect, my daughter is grateful. Since that purchase I always check PowerMax to see if they have any other electronics that I am shopping for. The best service ever!!

Ive been a PowerMax customer since about 2001 or 2002. In that time, this 3-adult household has bought about 10 Macs, going all the way back to G3 desktops and pre-MacBook laptops. Weve traded old stuff for new (or occasionally rebuilt), and found the process simple and straightforward, and the trade-in prices fair. Customer service is great. You get to deal with an actual live human (in my case, the same one for all these years), and the whole business gives off a quirky live-human vibe. If theres ever a problem, theyll make it right. This isnt a mega-store; you wont find dozens of brands of printers, scanners and monitors. But theres not a better place to buy your new or refurbed Apple products.

Another happy Mac to the family! Ive used Macs most of my life, theyve been the source of the least frustration and most enjoyment for my whole family. The recent purchase of a used 12" Powerbook from PowerMax was not only a great deal, but a great experience. PowerMax were quick and responsive, and the product came in nearly mint condition. This is not only truth in advertising, its better than I imagined (worried they would send a broken / crummy laptop.) Im moving out, and needed to go a step up from the iPad I was using. Needing something fully functional but cheap, the 12" Powerbook was the perfect fit. Now I know PowerMax is the perfect fit as well, they have my patronage!

Stopped into the Wilsonville store yesterday and was so happy to meet Chris Jacobsen! What had a been a very stressful day for me with a lot of frustrations with technology turned into a great experience for me when Chris started helping me through them all. Knowledgeable, friendly, and a great sense of humor allowed me take a deep breath, relax and feel grateful for the experts. My problems have been solved with my laptop and my daughters and I will continue to go to PowerMax with any computer problems. Thanks Chris and your tech guy (sorry, name is escaping me!) who assisted also to make it such a great experience! WAY less crowded than the Apple Store and so knowledgeable.

EXCELLENT apple store. second computer purchase this year. bought iMac 27" , then iPad Pro. Very fair trade-ins. No nonsense. No waiting, lots of parking, very clean, extremely knowledgable. a pal was along and he became so impressed with manager Mike Clouser that he also purchased new iPad Pro 12" with keyboard. Very professional and helpfull. Will buy from again. Way better then the downtown Portland Pioneer Place store that is crowded and hectic. These guys are on top of it! We have been buying Apple Products for over 20 years and never had better experiences then at POWERMAX. Its worth the drive to have this kind of service and prices. A+

Contacting with powermax is the smoothest customer support Ive ever had. The emails they respond you are very detailed and helpful regardless of what problems you had. I traded in my 2nd gen itouch 16gig for 117 bucks, which I considered worth it especially when radio shack took a look of it and told me it worthed only 36 dollars. Overall the shopping experience with powermax is just great and comfortable. I will definitely recommend this site to anyone out there thats interested in buying and trading apple products .

I got an open box MacBook Pro 13" Found out that it had only been opened and warranty was ticking for merely a week!!! Great deal, looks GREAT!!!!! Purrs like a kitten and came with all original packaging even down to the charge cord still packaged...If I hadnt been the one to order Id say it was BRAND NEW. Im thoroughly impressed with the service I recieved and emails typed out during my wait. I couldnt be happier and will gladly use PowerMax for any other Apple Gear

Incredible customer service and great experience. Way less crowded than the Apple store with the same high quality support. I would highly recommend going here whether you are purchasing a new product or needing repairs, upgrades or advice. They explained to me that as a premiere apple partner they are required to use the same apple approved replacement parts that would be used in an Apple store. You literally cannot go wrong!
