This company was ruined by outsourcing and I am going to post fifty negative reviews about them, I placed an order online and they told me my middle initial was not on the order so it was cancelled, I had to call six different times and got some @&!?$&@ you know what from a third world country !!! Bose sucks now and will pay the price just wait and see.

The Bose Showcase store is great; the layout is on par with Boses now well-established sleek high-quality tech image. The associates are knowledgeable & exhibit genuine interest in customers situations. The products are industry leaders in sound quality, design & Bluetooth function.

Very nice store design. The exterior walls are all glass which gives the store a very modern look. The staff is very friendly and not "pushy" like some employers make their employees. The products that Bose sells are very high quality, but do come with a high price tag.
