Showed up at 5:55 PM on a Sunday thinking Id had an hour to shop around as Google has the hours marked as 10-7. At 6:03 they made an announcement that the store is closing. At 6:04 a man came up to me telling me they store is closed and I need to finish up and leave. 2 minutes later a woman asked if I found everything alright, when I told her I was looking for my size with a specific shoe, she didnt stop to check, she just kept walking to the back of the store. I decided they didnt want my business at that point and started walking to the exit. On my way out another woman looks at me asks if I knew the store was close. This could have been the worst experience Ive had at a retail store. Apparently Saks isnt willing to stay 5 minutes late (according to them) to make a sale and help out their customers. Weak sauce. Heading to Nordstrom.

Looks like Im not the only one who thinks so, after seeing other reviews, but Ill say it again. WHAT TERRIBLE SERVICE. Two of the employees just emotionless faces, rude tone. The one girl who was friendly didnt really seem to know what she was doing. But she asked help from another associate. Id prefer a friendly person who doesnt know what they are doing over a rude one any day. But it seemed like the other employees were even rude to her. What a terrible environment NEVER shopping here again no matter how cheap it is. Plus even after I got sent a DAMAGED product they would only allow store credit even though it was within the 30day limit. Terrible terrible... Oh and did I mention terrible?

I went to get a dress for my casual wedding. Was in line for a room, but was skipped over. When I got home, to Vancouver, i discovered that they did not take the security bob off. Mind you this is about an hour away plus horrible trafic. Went back with the receipt. Not even an apology and they inspected the receipt like I was a criminal. I see all these comments here. Is anyone doing anything about this from the company? I spent a lot of money at this store, but not a good experiance, just from the people that work there. Is this the face of your company?

I love this place. This store is great. They had such a huge selection of clothing and shoes in this store. I could shop there for hours looking at there clothing section. They had brands such as Chanel, Valentino, Escada, etc. I found the sales associates to be very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this store, and give it 5 stars.

I went yesterday and the woman who helped me was notably adorable! She was so sweet and helpful I was surprised to read the reviews about how rude the people who work here are. One reviewer asked if the store has done anything in response to the negative feedback and I think maybe they have (or I lucked out).

I had high hopes but Nope just nope. Nobody said a word to us, not hello, not if you need help..., nothing. My husband and I spent a good 30-45 minutes looking around and it was messy and hard to find things. I agree with the other reviews, not worth your time even though its affiliated with Saks.

Staff dont crowd me but are readily available and helpful. Age 68, size 4-6, many good sales purchased here, as well as clothing that is too expensive for me but fun to look at. If you get poor service maybe you have a poor attitude.

hate this store . The store manager (Carrie Ball) is a racist . I have never been discriminated until I went to that store. Super rude terrible costumer service . Im never ever going back there again .

Worse place ever. RUDE customer service, racist employee that will argue with you to the end, manager was terrible. I will NEVER EVER SHOP at this store again. Be aware people.

Some sales associate had the audacity to try and point my mom towards a $19.99 watch. HA. My mother went in looking for a Rolex and left empty handed. High end my ass.
