just went here yesterday and had a great experience! im assuming the reviews before me are a bit outdated because the workers were all so nice to me! i tried on some clothes and when i went to show my mom, the lady helping us complimented me, told me she was happy that i found clothes i liked and that fit, and then wished me a good day. when i was looking for my size in a pair of shoes, another worker offered to scan the shoes to see if the size was still in the store. turns out they were on a mannequin, but she didnt have a problem going to find out which one they were on and getting them off the display for me either. she even stayed and waited until i tried them on to make sure they fit before she left us. theres currently a back to school sale going on and even though there were signs everywhere, two different workers made sure we knew about it, and the cashier was nice enough to give me the discount even though i didnt have my student id on me, said shed take my word for it since i looked the high school age. she also complimented the outfit id picked out and said the final product would probably look really cute on me. not to mention, at least three different workers immediately asked if i needed help the moment i walked in the store. the only reason im not giving 5 stars is because forever 21 is a bit of a pricey store in general and i only ever go in there when i know i have the money. anyway, i decided to write this up just to say that everyone was very nice, very friendly and very helpful! its just a bonus that the clothes they sell are super cute.

In 2017 carrying an XL shouldnt be that unheard of, having DD cups and curvy frame means a large fits but not comfortably. They have cute clothes but stocking 10 x smalls and no XL seems unfair. Guess the company wants a certain type of people to wear their clothing.

Customer Service for the national company has lots of work to do. They were extremely rude, patriarchal, and unhelpful. Avoid this company, at a national level they have little desire to be polite in any capacity.

This forever 21 has nothing, and has terrible staff, I returned a dress and the cashier left me two dollars short. Im never shopping there again.
