I am very unimpressed with their service and policies. I buy my mom a purse every year for her birthday in March. I think we went shopping a little early around mid February. Its now July and one of the strap seams is coming apart. We had the receipt and took it back to the store to see if there was something they could do. The first girl we talked to was snotty and unhelpful. The second girl we talked to told us we had to have receipt, tags attached and be within 30 days of purchase to return. Otherwise we could call customer service. Which she had no idea if they were open or not and they happened to be closed. Way to stand by your product! No one buys a purse and keeps tags on. You buy purses to wear them. And if youre selling a product it should last more than a few months. Im very disappointed and hope this kind of service was only because its an outlet and hope the real thing would be better. All I know is I will never visit this store again and I will never buy another Guess. Theyre cheap and the people are snotty.

Tonight I have made my 6th phone call in 6 weeks to this store in Woodburn, OR. I have been made promises that someone would send me a return shipping label and never receive it. I call and speak with a different person each time and they tell me the manager is going to call me back and never does. They promise to email me the return shipping label and it never appears in my email. I asked to have it mailed and they say they will and never do. It is so frustrating that I have wasted so much time with this. I have a defective item that needs to be returned. I feel that the employees I have dealth with have done a very poor job at customer service and this also goes for the manager who they say will call me and never does. What is also strange is that when I ask them their managers name they say either "I am not allowed to tell you" or they give me a different name each time I call. I hope someone takes care of this situation at this store.

This store was very much lacking in customer service skills and every employee in the store was spanish and speaking spanish to each other while customers were shopping. I would not recommend shopping at this out let guess store maybe if your hispanic you well receive better customer service what a shame :/

Weak store. Didnt have any nice denim jackets or anything retail Guess locations have. Terrible outlet store, no discounts, full retail price which was sad
