The worst joint Ive ever been in. The set up of the store is horrible and what appears to be partially pieced together. Donuts are average at best, its nothing I couldnt get at Albertsons for a fraction of the price. But what really ruins the entire business is the employees... Two young girls that are sisters. Extremely poor customer service skills and an attitude that will put the terrible twos to shame. Ive witnessed a full on fist fight/slamming into walls, cops being called because of violence, cussing out of neighboring businesses... the list is endless. They got 3 paid visits out of me and will never receive another one again. BBB will sure know my complaints (and many others) as well as the owner of the shopping center will hear. This business should have never opened solely due to those two girls (which from my understanding they are the owners daughters)

To respond to Tomie Robins who wrote a false review. I work at donut day everyday, my best friends family owns it. They are an amazing family, so nice and funny. They work hard, to bake these donuts freshly everyday, even on holidays. They always say customers first, and whatever the customer wants, the customer gets. The satisfactory of the customer is what they really care about. It is very inappropriate of you to write a fake review describing events that have never happened because you have a problem with one of his employees. I work at donut day everyday with two other co-workers and none of us are related to the owners. We try our best to satisfy every customer in the best way. I know who you are and if you have had a bad experience with anything, it is best to talk to the owner of the shop not attack his business with false reviews.

Okay, so I might have a bit too much experience with donut shops. With dozens of coworkers to keep happy on both sides of Portland I have become familiar with my share of purveyors of these tasty baked goods. And Donut Day is easily one of the best. Very tasty donuts, awesome coffee and excellent customer service all combine for a wonderful experience. Consistently get compliments from the aforementioned coworkers when I bring these in the door. Highly recommended.

Delicious donuts!!! Stopped here while on vacation and to quote my 4 year old, "this is so good, I might blow up!" My hubby and I had their signature buttermilk, mine the vanilla and him the cherry, and they were total sugar bombs but good. My cream pie donut was to die for and my hubby said the marionberry filled was the best hes had!

My daughter and myself went in there today (3/30/17) donuts were AMAZING but the employee was screaming at someone on their personal phone. I believe it was their significant other. When I say scream I mean top of lungs SCREAMING! It actually scared my daughter. Unfortunately probably wont be back.

The best darned donut shop around. The donuts are fresh, tender, and served with passion. If you want a real, honest to goodness donut (not the over the top fancy artisan whatever donuts) this is the place to go. I have never been disappointed. I crave their fritters and cinnamon rolls. So good.

Delicious donuts. Average price. Early hours for a Portland shop. My husband loves their raised glazed. Fancy donuts are the bearclaws and others in the counter case. Conveniently located in the old strip mall on Dartmouth side of the complex behind the old Arbys on my way home from work.

I am not sure if they changed their hours, or if they just decided to leave an hour early. Either way their hours said they should be open and they were locked up tight. Multiple people came to get donuts while I was here and we were all left donutless...

Really good donuts, although they do run out of certain types if you come in later. The buttermilk bars (I think thats what they are) are AMAZING. Definitely my favorite donut shop around Tigard. Friendly employees too.

Donut Day has a wonderful selection of standard and unique donuts that taste superb (far better than your average store bought). Best of all, I can get a strong black coffee and a tasty donut for a little over $3.

I picked up an old fashioned before work, and when I got to work, it was at least a day old,- if not older. Staff are not very friendly and this location is bare and dark.

Excellent donuts and always friendly customer service. The mango filled is a joy to eat. Best Buttermilk Bar Ive ever had and its twice the size of any Ive had elsewhere.

Espresso machine broken. Kind of run down inside but donuts were tasty and stayed fresh a day later.
