I have tried to do business with this Heavenly Donuts on N. Lombard St ever since I moved to the area. Their service is terrible. On one visit the person taking my order actually told me that I was taking too long to choose donuts even though I was getting 2 bakers dozens and I was not actually taking that long to pick the 28 donuts. I just went there again to order 2 dozen donuts for me to pick up next week, and the worker told me that I would have to pay an extra 95 cents for EACH donut because I wanted to order only glazed donuts!!! Even though I was ordering them in advance the reason for the extra cost was to make sure they didnt run out of glazed that day. I refuse to ever buy another donut from Heavenly Donuts.

This place is great! The donuts are awesome, 99% of the time fresh thats why theyre getting 4 stars vs. 5 when I unfortunately lived in that area I was a regular and at certain times they would be replacing what they have and that was the bad time old doughnuts but other than that awesome and I Im picky! I recommend one of the fritters or plain glazed donuts are great and I mean when you get them fresh they are up there with Krispy Kreme. Usually a pretty good selection to choose from as well.

I usually love going here as their donuts are delicious and reasonably priced! Today however they virtually had 3 donuts in the store and nothing else! When I asked the server when more donuts will be ready, he said not til 8pm!! It was only 5pm! What are they doing for 3 hours? A donut shop with no donuts?? The server didnt seem to care nor was he apologetic. I am very disappointed. I used to be a regular customer and now I wont be back for a long time!!

Im not a big fan of doughnuts, but i bring these into work for my co-workers and everyone smiles. I have tried them before and, well, they taste like doughnuts. I have ordered several times and have had large orders .I have never had a staff member rush me. Then again I try to keep in mind that they are often busy, so I try not to lollygag. Im giving 5 stars because my personal experiences here have been positive.

More places like this should be open 24 hours I hate hell Portland shuts down so early but thats the only thing I do hate about it but this place is great and they actually have friendly people which is pretty uncommon for 24 hour places so I really do appreciate it and I appreciate you guys being there all these here thank you very much highly recommended

I was less then impressed. I had heard good from many. My experience was far from good. The donuts almost tasted day old. The customer area was filthy. The tables were dirty and sticky, the problem however is that it looked like someone had tried to clean them. The floor was dirty and sticky. I was stepping in donut crumbs everywhere.

I love doughnuts and before today my only complaint about this place is they never make enough buttermilk bars because they are gone quickly in the morning and they dont have any the rest of the day. BUT TODAY it seems like the guy boxing up doughnuts got his hair cut before work and now my doughnuts are sprinkled with little hairs

One of the top of not the best donuts in the portland metro area. I know this as Im a donut geek. The yeast raised donuts are both airy and chewy. Id recommend the raspberry (the filing is texture is and not clear red like at some places) or cinnamon sugar. Plus, theyre open 24 hours and great place to chill with a friend or two.

The plain glazed donuts are amazing! But the shop on glisan street is sketchy. Ive Been there 3 times and theres been a group of men hanging out in side that gets quiet once you enter. The selection isnt as good as the pictures make it seem. And a couple times the apple fritters have been burned.

This is a great place to go for a doughnut. It is open 24 hours and the buttermilk doughnut is a must. All the doughnuts are cooked fresh in the store and you can see the bakery in the back. It is not uncommon to get warm fresh doughnuts at anytime during the day.

Clean and easy to find. Only had the puffies and an old fashioned but they were great! The puffies are light and airy filled with cream....a bit of a different flavor that I cant quite recognize. Restrooms for customers only but I didnt check them out.

Ok doughnuts but counters were messy with crumbs no service for a few mins had to wait she was in the back I guess and cold doughnuts with black spots in 2nd dozen I ordered werent fresh if ask for fresh next time(if there is a next time)

Donuts here are surprisingly excellent, considering how inexpensive they are, and it being a 24hr business is a huge bonus, because what makes a better midnight snack than delicious donuts for the change in your center console.

This is our go to place for donuts every Sunday morning. We think theyre much better than VooDoo. The employees are a delight, also. One of our favorites is the Bear Claw. It is filled with apple pie filling.

The maple bar.. just perfectly warm and softest I ever had in my whole life. Apparently, I got there at the right time when it was just feshly made. That was about 8 30 pm. Delicious, damn it!

I go there pretty much every week to get doughnuts for work, and Ive yet to be disappointed. The doughnuts are freshly made on site which is great. I like going here over other doughnut shops.

Love this place! A bit run down but excellent donuts. The nearest big box donut shop is 20 minutes away... so this is the best option for locals. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.
