Would be nice to have gluten-free options for food; yes, some of us cannot eat gluten. Unfortunately, I assumed they would being a local coffee shop; thats what I get for assuming. With that said, its a nice place, good selection of teas, and friendly. I like it much better than major corporate coffee shops like Starbucks, etc.

Im not a coffee drinker, and I still love this place. They have a green tea freeze beyond this world. Its awesome to have a place in Salem w/ great non-coffee drink options. I go as often as I can. Their pastry/cookie selection is also fantastic- a heavenly ginger-spice cookie to go with my tea, and my day is made.

the food and coffee are always pretty good. I give it 3 stars because there are maybe two friendly baristas, and the rest are just horribly rude. Like they generally have an annoyed disposition. Its strange. Anyway- once youre passed the counter and have your food/drink, youre in the clear.

It was like a day dream, more like an unlikely nightmare, I was like, thanks, and your welcome. Seriuosly though, decent coffee, the brothers are knowing what they do, unlike the sisters. Although the sisters are tastier.

There coffee is alright and they are in a good location. The employees are nice. But sometimes all the different products they offer (which is a great selection) gives the place a less than desirable smell.

The baristas are always ready to help amd serve. This is the place for a private setting with plenty of seating for a private meeting or for many. They also serve breakfast and lunch.

Very skunky and stale roast. Would not recommend if you are a selective coffee drinker. Dont be mislead because "coffee roasters" is in the name.
