My Wife got me a helicopter for this Christmas. went we took it out of the box, the landing gears was broke. We took it back to the Bellis Fair mall were she got it. Megal would not help us, he said it has be flown before and had no way knowning if we broke it. I told him it was that way when we took it out of the box. You could not see it broke while in the box. He said come on be honest with me about this and I will help you out. I again said this is how we got it!!!!. he than said he has a new landing gear that he would sell to me for 14.95. I than felt like I was being robbed by this company. He than said I tell you what I have another helicopter that the battery pack burned up in it. he would sell me that helicopter for 20.00. I said just give me the landing gear for ten dollars and I will be on my way!!!!. He said fine and took the landing gear off of the burned up helicopter and sold me those. DO NOT EVERY BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE, THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO RIP YOU OFFFFFFFF!!!!. I want to respond to my review here. the manage step up and refunded the money I was forced to pay in getting my helicopter fixed. the person that helped me is no longer with the company. they also sent me a free repair kits which i did not ask for. Thank you for your responding to my concerns, Joe.

I dealt with there staff at the Seattle International car show at Century Link Field. Super nice and knowledgeable about the products they were selling. I purchased a couple of remote control cars and a drone for myself and my son. The cars were fantastic but when I got home and opened the package for my drone there was remote inside but no remote. I was seriously disappointed because it was the last day of the show and I did not have enough time to get back down there to get my drone. I called the store in Portland and with in 5 minutes they contacted the employees in Seattle to confirm my story. They called right back and got my address to send out the drone that was absent from my packaging. I just got it today just 3 days later and they even threw in an extra battery for my troubles. Ive never dealt with Toys n More before but this means a lot to me and would certainly recommend them based on their customer service and expeditiousness in handling my problem. The drone is sick too!!!!! Thanks guys Im sorry I couldnt remember your names. It was the manager that helped me at the show and Alicia I believe that helped me on the phone. Both were fantastic and are highly recommended to work with. :-)

They sell products from china that look cool, are really fun and last about one day if you actually use it. I have had nothing but trouble with the now SECOND helicopter I just spent 50 dollars on, which is a lot of money to me. Every time I go in instead of replacing it which a reputable business should do with out blinking, they tinker with it, get it to work just long enough to get you out of the store. There are no refunds, no exchanges and the only way they will even consider not charging you more money (which they are really big on) is if the product is flat out defective to the point of not working at all. If the product does anything they basically say tough luck. Whats hard is that they have an unbelievable mark up, but so do all of these places, but I imagine they are a little less corporate and the small shops. Sure you may spend an extra ten dollars, but in the long run who knows what you will be saving with a return policy like toys and more. They have SO MUCH POTENTIAL. Fix your return policy and I will give you a much higher rating. Hell, I will make it as far as you mark up on the cheap toys from china prices....

We purchased a helicopter from a Toys N More booth at the Wisconsin State Fair on August 3, 2013. We charged the heli and the next day we tried it. Ended up with absolutely no radio control, flew straight up in circles until we couldnt see it any longer. It then plummeted, crashing into a tree, completing ruining the blades. I called Toys N More asking for a refund. The salesperson said he would talk to his supervisor, he called back, said they would not refund, but perhaps they could fix it. There is no way to fix this - the helicopter is ruined (and NOT because of operator error) as well as the radio. My husband, who is a Nationals RC pattern airplane flyer, is well versed in flying planes and helicopters. Therefore, I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau in Portland, Oregon, am disputing the charge with my credit card company, and will be taking them to Small Claims Court if necessary. Its a shame customers have to deal with companies like this. Lesson learned.

I got an RC helicopter from their Everett Mall "Christmas store" and was having issues with my V911. Thinking I wasnt trimming it out correctly I went, with copter in hand and met up with TJ. He told me they should be ready out of the box and flew mine and we found it was doing the "toilet bowl" and promptly replaced it and helped me with questions about flying it. He was VERY helpful and responsive to my questions and I wont go anywhere else for my future RC purchases. I just wish they had a local store but I know any service I need I can call them and send it to them in Portland. They stand behind the products they sell 110%. If you are considering an RC purchase, you GOTTTA go here. I hope they get their own site soon and I can order online. GREAT people with the knowledge to find you what you want and wont sell you something thats above your level. Thank you Toys n More and thank you TJ!!!

I thought about leaving 4 stars because Ive only shopped here once (so far) but I was treated like a frequent /regular customer (thats a good thing) and had a great experience! I needed parts for my kids little quad-copter, but found out these guys are more of an end-product reseller. Meaning... they sell completed products /models. I wish I remember who helped me (younger guy) but he was very helpful, and knew his stuff. Although they didnt officially sell parts, they still worked with me, providing the parts I needed by means of odds and ends of returned, broken quad copters, and even threw in much more extras, almost enough to almost build a second copter! I ended up paying only a little more than the price of the single part I was going to purchase at another hobby shop. Appreciated the "out of box" thinking and service. Thanks Toys-n-More! Ill definitely be back! Thanks guys!

I only like to write reviews where I know its earned. This is some of the nicest companies I have ever worked with. They are always super helpful and give great deals. I have been going and buying helicopters at the Washington State Fair for 4 years straight and these guys are awesome. It takes a lot of energy and resources to move what they do to the fair so I dont mind if its a little more than store. Its all great products. Whats better is almost everything is the same cost or better. The people working here are always friendly and helpful. People can complain but when does a company look threw every review and respond to them. I own 6 helicopters from here and 2 RC cars. I look forward to doing more business with them. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.
