This location has been awesome to me. I bought my fiancees engagement ring here from Stephanie Erner and she was a delight. Pleasant and easy to work with and understood my budget and worked well with me. She even provided a couple of beers for my buddy and I. My fiancee and I will now be heading there this weekend to purchase our wedding bands from Stephanie. Hopefully, she will provide a few more beverages because I sure hate parting with the money but the engagment ring was beautiful and Im hoping for the same experience again.

I went into Tiffanys today in Portland to buy my wife and 45th anniversary necklace there that same counter this lady was was helping another customer she never in the knowledge that my presence looking around the store there were five other associates standing there talking to each other theyre only two customers in the whole place after five minutes so we finally came up to me and said oh can I help you absolutely horrible service for Tiffanys

Great service if you look like you are actually searching for something, but if not then they dont care enough. We spent like 1.5 hours there and the woman who assisted us didnt seem tired of us checking out tons stuff and followed us around. But it could just be she knew we were going to spend money.

A very cool Tiffany & Co. From the sculpture draped entrance to the in-store seasonal Tiffany & Co. themed Christmas tree display, this location is worth the visit. The associates are welcoming & they embrace customization requests. An overall warm experience, highly recommended!

Tiffany & Co., Pioneer Place of high end luxury items, but you can definitely find somethign special or on sale that wont break the bank. If anything you will find the perfect card for all your quirky loved ones for any occassion. The store owners are very friendly and helpful.

If it werent for the jewelry and the fact that this location is the most convenient, I would NEVER go back to this store. Being ignored for 45 minutes while watching 5 other people (who came in after me) being helped was absolutely unacceptable.
