I cannot say enough good things about this jewelry store. I had my ring sized by them back in January at which time I also had them check all the prongs as I have a pave ring (numerous small diamonds around the band). A few days ago I noticed one of the small diamonds was missing. I called them up and they were more than willing to replace the diamond for free, even though losing the diamond may or may not have been due to their fault. Apparently it is common for the small diamonds to become lose and fall out just by bumping them on something. They also replaced the diamond the same day since I no longer live here in Pullman.

I cant think of any reason you would want to shop elsewhere. I recently went to them to get a custom pendant made for my girlfriend. They were incredibly helpful and friendly through the entire process. They never tried to upsell me or any of those other shady things other places will do. They didnt ask how much money I was wanting to spend, only what I was looking to get. The only time price ever came into the conversation was when I asked about it. I am very pleased with how the pendant turned out and the girlfriend loves it. I am very glad I chose to shop there and, needless to say, I plan on being a return customer.

I cant say enough good things about this store. I was about to buy a custom design from Green Lake Jewelry Works out in Seattle before Sam quoted a price for me. At green lake jewelry works it was going to cost me $3000, at Sam Dial, it ended up costing me $740 total. If you want a custom engagement ring, stop your search... this is your guy. The staff is all very nice, and all willing to work with you. Sam is fair in his dealings, and honestly I dont know how he is making money on some of his rings with the price he quotes. Defiantly going to be a repeat customer, and have told everyone i know to check him out.

Overall, fantastic people, service, jewelry, and prices! We couldnt have asked for anything better! I do and would recommend Sam Dial Jewelers! We had ideas of what we did and didnt want, and they helped us further develop our ideas into something we were really happy about (and it cost less than we anticipated, too!). They answered all of our questions, including the ones Im sure I asked more than once, and multiple times went the extra mile to help us make sure we were getting something that really fit our needs, our wants, and our budget.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Sam Dial. I had a photo of an antique engagement ring I liked and Spencer (the gold smith) was able to recreate it with amazing accuracy and within a very short amount of time. According to my aunt, who is a jewler, the price they charged was very fair and I thought the service was superb. They resized the ring after I proposed free of charge and made me and my fiance feel very at home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone the Moscow-Pullman area who is looking for jewelry.

I had my engagement ring resized there and six months later one of the side stones fell out. I took it to them to have a look, and although they suspected the problem was from the way the ring was designed, they replaced the stone free of charge. They were very friendly and easy to work with. Their great customer service really helped in my situation!

I really enjoyed designing my wedding ring at Sam Dials. I found the staff to be really helpful (albeit a tad presumptive on wedding arrangements) and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot stand the Sam Dial radio commercials, so I was pretty reluctant to go in here to buy an engagement ring. But the staff were super helpful and it turned out to be one of the more affordable options in the area.
