Thank you so much to T-Bird Jewels for helping me find the engagement ring of my dreams! My fiance and I spent a couple weekends, driving all over Vegas looking at so many other stores. Thank goodness we found T-Bird Jewels. Hands down, they had the most beautiful selection of engagement rings! Darryl spent over 2 hours with us on our first visit, helping us try on ring after ring and then looking at diamonds with us. He was incredibly patient and we never felt uncomfortable or rushed. We also didnt feel any pressure to buy as we wanted to think on it, but I knew I had found my ring there- it made me tear up and feel like a princess. Darryl worked with us to find the perfect diamond to go in my ring. He searched for exactly what I was looking for, presented me with many options so I could compare them all and pick the one I loved, and spent his day off doing so with us! We couldnt ask for better service than that! When my fiance proposed, it was the first time I saw my ring complete, and it was even more beautiful than I imagined. Thank you to Darryl and T-Bird Jewels!!!

Terrible sales tactics. I went into this store to get my 1 karot diamond bracelet sized, that my husband bought for me for Christmas. Not only did they overcharge, $65 to take 2 prongs out but then tried to get me to return it and buy something there. Granted their jewelry is exquisite, which is why I gave them an extra star but the sales person (not owner) was insulting all the jewelry I was wearing including my wedding band which is high end! She repeatedly compared what was in the store and what I was wearing. It became unnecessary and personally insulting especially after Christmas. She must have needed a sale real bad!! Her name was Jennyo. Thank you for your response. Your employee stopped me in the parking lot of our childrens school and apologized. All though I found her apology not entirely sincere I did appreciate it. She also made it very clear that she was not in sales. With that said, maybe a little kindness would have went a long way.

Love my John Hardy ring! I was looking for something unique and they had so many amazing rings it was hard to choose. But fell in love with this John Hardy naga enamel ring. Loved how helpful they are too. Darryl and his staff were great! Found our new personal jeweler.
