After going to the Gateway Fred Meyer yesterday, I felt the need to let you know how I feel. Portland, Oregon had a big snow and ice storm last week. Yesterday was the first time people were able to get out and about. I originally went to Winco but it was too crowded, so I drove to Freds. I was dismayed at the shape of the parking lot. The parking lot had not been touched. No wonder everyone was at Winco. Their parking lot had been cleared. I have to park in a handicapped spot which was solid ice. Fortunately for you, I didnt fall. However, when I spoke to my niece about this, she told me she had been to the Hawthorne Fred Meyer the day before and they hadnt cleared their parking lot either and she did fall. Again, fortunately for you, she wasnt injured. I find it amazing that Winco, Albertsons and Thriftway stores all had their parking lots cleared. But Fred Meyer didnt. If I dont clear my sidewalk and someone falls, I pay. If someone were to fall in your parking lot, you would have to pay. Dont you care about your customers?

I am a former employee of Fred Meyer. As an employee the quality of food and merchandise was noticeable. Today im finding that im having to return things because of flavor, i dont like fish flavored eggs. i like enjoy soda with crisp quench flavoring taste. and i dont like blown meats or veggies. Im keeping to as patient as i can until things stabilize so that i can enjoy all things just as i did before. Id like to mention my purchase of over 500 dollars in clothing was the best purchase ever made for anxiety. thank you for having the sidewalk sale it was when i made my purchases. Work has been easier now that i have the proper clothing to wear. clothng 5 star, eggs 0 star, cold salad 5 star with no fish oils. I miss all things that have very natural scented freshness. Meats, fruit, veggies. Just wanted you to know how i feel .

Horrible experience last night. I went price matching and couponing with my 19 yr old niece and was she was berated by one of the CSMs there named Hector. He said she coupons and price matches to much & clears them out and he said "I refuse to help you. You must leave." He told her that the managers of the Bellingham Wa store had a "meeting" about her and that they know her well. My niece was nice in return; even after 10 min of him humiliating her in a line of about 5 customers. I was humiliated for her. He THEN proceeds to price match for me and adore me to check out.. the entire time shaking his head "no". Horrible horrible customer service. Ive never seen this in my entire life. He should be ashamed of himself honestly. She was with her small child to boot!

They switched out my stone, buyer be ware. DO NOT TAKE PERSONAL JEWELRY TO THEM TO SIZE! No return calls and a few stories from the actual store employees themselves. Emailed corporate and called no one has called me back. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
