This is without a doubt my go to store for home accessories . If you are an avid ( crazeee ) shopper like me who loves a bargain or deal especially for quality merchandise ... look , find , and shop away ! I can tell you my home is filled and brimming with stuff from here so much so , that I could literally open my own little store . I have to confess that Im completely addicted to the hunt or on the look - out for any new trinket , pillow , curtains , linens , etc .for my home and I invariably come away with something most times . My only complaint : " why when needing 4 sets of curtains ( thank goodness theyre packaged in 2s , as cost wise you save a bundle ) I can only find 3 sets ? Although its a pain I usually can find another set at the Woburn TJs Homegoods . Staff will also help you locate mdse at other stores as well .

Cannot recommend this store enough. Fantastic for home and kitchen supplies at great prices and be sure to take a look at the food Isle. I managed to snag a bottle of saffron for seven bucks. The same jar normally retails for twenty! Dont go at rush hour as parking can be a nightmare, but you can usually find a spot by the Kmart if youre willing to walk a little bit. Also, random note, theres no cart return in the parking lot, so expect to dodge a lot of random carts all over the place.

Generally a great chain of stores but this locations customer service is pathetic. I just called three times, was hung up on the first time, waited on hold for 10 minutes the second time, tried again as was promptly placed on hold for another 5 minutes before giving up altogether.

The worst Customer Service ever, ANTONY the mánager and cashiers are so rude... One hour for them to solve a issue and they even didnt solve it. I used to be a loyal Customer up to today, this is the WORST store ever! Horrible.... HORRIBLEEEEEEEEEEEEE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Last week ,I bought some wrong bed sheets and wanted exchange the correct size, they did not accept any exchange or return.Even though I have receipt . The reason is they cant pack again, I have never met so bad service in here. I wont continue to do their members .

This is a solid HomeGoods location. This whole shopping plaza at "Assembly Row" has blown up in the last few years, but this HomeGoods remains solid. Keep up the good work!
