I had a great experience at City Liquidators (CL). I have been looking to furnish a nice home I am renting. I did not want to spend a lot given that I am not sure how long I will stay in my current rental. Over the last several weeks, I explored all sorts of options around town and online. I had some idea of what I wanted, but it just wasn’t coming together. Friends had recently been over to CL and were very excited about the deals. I went to CL and with the help of their outstanding staff and especially the owner, Pam, I was able to completely finish my ongoing furnishing project. We were done in record time. I was told if something wasn’t right there was reasonable return policy… But, everything was PERFECT! The furniture looks great! Everyone agrees. All seems to be high quality. I received great prices on pieces that had some minor flaws. I never would have been able to furnish my home in this manner I have if I had bought through another outfit. Additionally, the delivery price was outstanding. And delivery couldn’t have been any easier. I was given a 2 hour delivery window and they arrived promptly. Everything was protected and delivered in the same condition as in the store. In summary, great prices, delightful owner and staff, fun and diverse selection, outstanding delivery experience, and a beautifully furnished home I could have only put together through CL. I have definitely been recommending CL to friends and plan to return. Give yourself a little time as there is a lot of ground to cover. Ask for help. They are wonderful and not pushy. I have never written an online review before, but felt it important after such a positive experience.

I would love to say that my experience here matched the quality of the furniture I bought... but I cant. I ordered 2 chairs in February - One Special order and one right off the floor - and just received them June 5th. AND only because I spent the last three weeks calling them asking them where it was. They do not have anything organized to be able to assist with orders (everything is on paper so order numbers dont help!). After talking to 15 people over the course of three weeks I finally was able (on Monday)to get them to find my chairs - but they couldnt deliver them until Saturday- when we are not open! - so I came in on my day off to get them! In any other business I would have expected to have them offer to deliver for free or give me a discount or something.... but no. They reiterated over and over again that it would be a 100$ delivery charge. Even when I asked and demanded a free delivery they said "we just dont do that." RIDICULOUS!!!! Dont waste your time on these guys! Buy elsewhere!

I walked in and was instantly mesmerized by all their home goods as well as Pam and Ellie giving me the sweetest experience. Urbane Streets

If you love the hunt or need a file cabinet then its a 5 star place, otherwise you need many visits to find a great find. Last of a generation of shopping experience...I worry the next time I return it will be a New Seasons with an office block on top.

Nice post-move place to refill your house with crap thats awesome. Buy some bowls, buy some sheet metal, and hell, throw in some furniture. Its all good and too cheap (thatd be price) to turn away
