I tried this place out as I work fairly close and am always looking for a new place to eat. I chose to basically create a Club sandwich and it ended up being one of the best Ive had. Everything is fresh, the meat is incredible and the bread was really good. My only gripe would be the price, its a tad expensive at $8 for a sandwich. I do find that fairly typical at all the good places though.

Not sure why the one over on N. Williams isnt listed. Picked up some meats and a few sausages for a party. And then on whim I grabbed a mason jar of dill pickles packed with the punch of jalapeno. Absolute love at nearly zero calories! Seriously run, dont walk and get a bottle of these.

Chop makes the best charcuterie in the city of Portland. Quite possibly in the United States. I have many years experience living and eating meat in France. I can say that Chop would be a place that you would still go out of your way to get to, even if it were in Europe.

Some of the best sandwiches in town, particularly the Italian grinder. On Fridays/Saturdays they do an amazing sandwich with porchetta (italian roast pork). Many other things to take home from their pricey but excellent butcher case.

Awesome selection of high end ingredients. Olive oils! Balsamic! MEAT! Love this place. Everytime Im here I give myself plenty of time to just wander the store. Great stuff!
