All of their products are very high quality, even the ground beef has a very noticeably better taste than what you get at the grocery store. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. They will help you in any way they can selling specialty items or making custom cuts or offering knowlege to help you do your own special projects. They make you feel like you belong there. Definitely try the lavender bacon and all the sausages are great! Customer for life. Thanks guys.

This butcher shop is kinda a big deal!! A meat lovers heaven.. Beef jerky, ribeye, chicken skewers, gourmet sausage, every kinda steak, lean lamb, rabbit, goat, ribs ect... Theres something here for every kinda carnivore. Oh.. Did I mention the owners of this place are the most down to earth business savoy and family oriented people! Come visit the shop , dinner is waiting!

Great place that walks the walk when it comes to good local food from good local farms. You can also have your animals butchered and packaged up here by appointment if you need. Their bacons are excellent and as is their service. They can also be found on Sundays at the excellent West End Farmers Market!

I drive all the way from Marin because this is what a butcher shop should be. The best quality you can find - anywhere. They are super knowledgeable about how and where the animal was raised, etc. This is the best.
