My husband just brought two pork chops from them and it is a pure fat, literally nothing to eat for 20 dollars. Dont go ! They are not good Samaritan if they sell you pieces like that. Very scummy business. Don go - Go to Safeway 3 pork shops for 7 dollars! Viola!

Beautiful butcher shop, featuring local meats, cut and prepared with passion, skill and thoughtfulness. Impressive selection of meats, including rabbit, duck, chicken, beef and pork. Sausages, different pâtés to delicious sandwiches and cuts of meat.

Andouile sausages were below average. Price is pretty high. Gave it a shot since it was a relatively new local butcher shop, but I dont think I would do it again. Maybe others will have better luck.
