Worst repair job ever. Took my shoes to be dyed and heels repaired. The dye was horrble. Spots on the dye. He agreed it looked bad...but he fixed the heels anyway instead of calling me to look at them first. What a waste. What a jerk. They will never get my business. My friend said the screwed up her boots too. They used the wrong color thread and sewed them crooked. The too bad so sad attitude means they lose my business.
