Blue Rose Auto Detail

Our business recently purchased a pair of work boots for one of our employees to work in, to withstand the cold and wet weather this winter. Since we are an auto detail shop we purchased a pair of waterproof/water repellent boots for durability. Pacific Trails brand seemed like it would fit the bill, but to our surprise, 5 weeks later the rubberized bottom soles started falling apart on both shoes. Most would imagine a pair of hiking boots used for average wear and tear would last at lease 9-12 months before real tear takes place.... but nope. Come on he only wears them at work only, and only when hes outside washing and prepping the vehicles. First off dont buy Pacific Trail, however please dont let this be a reflection of Shoes Right Heres service and selection. Jay the owner was more than helpful in coming up with a good solution on both our parts. Thanks Jay, ill be back.

Great prices! Pretty good selection too. However, the employees are some of the most unfriendly people Ive ever met. Ive been in the store more than 10 times and have never been asked if I needed help or anything. I cant shop here without feeling like everyone is judging me and Ive talked with friends who have also felt this way. They seem so angry annoyed at everyone. Mostly the females, there is a guy that works here that is extremely nice. Dont recommend going if you see 2 blond females working!

So usually i do not write my reviews based on emotion. I evaluate and critique every avenue then put paper to pen but this place is WAY Over priced and staff is really inappropriate and unprofessional. They were extremely vivacious when my son was being a little loud in their store, mind you there were no other customers. He was only 2 and they shouldnt sell childrens shoes If they cannot handle a crying child every now and then.

Great shoes at a great price. Only problem with them is that I won a "contest" for a 40$gift card, had to come in within 72 hours, I work days so that was impossible mid week. When trying to get in touch via Facebook where I won the contest, no reply, months later still no reply. Then when I went in 3 times I got the same answer about needing a manager there. ...if your going to do a contest at least do it right!

Great place. And, having worked in the real ghetto outside of Philadelphia (chasing crack dealers and other sorts of folks) I had to laugh at the ghetto comments. Come on people, this is not the ghetto. The store is clean & located on a safe corner (other than the traffic) & wow. Too funny. Good selection of stuff. Definitely worth a look see.

Decent prices. Clean store. As for being a "bad part of town" well at least you know there is always police nearby! Lived a block away from this store for years (when it used to be a locksmith place) and there were always plenty of police hanging out in the Red Apple parking lot.

A giant store with inexpensive shoes - tax free! The biggest draw here is an extended selection of Converse, plus lots of novelty shoe laces to trick them out. They also have Vans and a selection of athletic shoes.
