The normal employees at red wing like to tell likes to wild land firefighters about boot and think wild land firefighters dont know what kind of boots they are to where on a fire when wild land firefighters as well as fire supporviesers know as well But yet the employees at red wing back talk to firefighters and put them down and are prejudiced against firefighters. So red wing is truly not a place to go buy your boots for wild land firefighting at all until they can stop bashing wild land firefighters and show respect to all firefighters! I know because i have been in there 2 times and they done it to me as well as a wild land firefighter! Red Wing is bad news!

Not a bad place to shop for boots. They offer a few nice styles and the sales associate is pretty friendly. The prices are decent to slightly overpriced. $100 to $200 typically. There are lots of little ways for the price to be bumped up though, such as buying $40 insoles for your shoes, not necessary. All in all, my new boots work good, and feel alright so thats all I care about.

I purchased a pair of shoes that ended up hurting my feet. Not only was it a hassle free return, but the manager gave me great sizing advice and made sure I was happy with my shoes. You can buy shoes anywhere, but you cant buy that kind of customer service. Highly recommend this location

Erin and RoseMary helped us find my husband the right shoes for his work. We had went came back to them because the shoes have arch supports and are of excellent workmanship. We paid a little more than we interned but know the shoes will last.

While the attendant was nice, his knowledge level was fairly low. He suggested I purchase an incorrectly sized boot since they didnt have my size in stock. Stock was also extremely limited considering it is a redwing brand store.

The insoles here are the best for the price. Id rather pay $60 for a pair than $400 elsewhere. The warranty on the Red Wing shoes is wonderful. This location tends to be helpful, well stocked, clean, and informative.

Lets see, fantastic safety shoes that are comfortable, although.. expensive. I prefer Red Wing shoes also because they dont require lacing to put on. Their sales people are pretty friendly as well.
