Terrible customer service!! I was helped immediately when I walked. The girl helping me went up front to check for my size in a couple pair of boots. After waiting over 30 minutes for her to return, I found out she was helping another customer!!!!

Disappointing Shoe Warehouse would be more apt. If you shopping for womens shoes in narrow sizes ranging from 6 to 8, no higher you might find something. Mens section seems to be just checking a box with management, not worth your time.

Ok asked if they could take off the theft thing because it has a knob on the inside. She said no cant take off. Im an old man how isnt going to steal them. How can you see if the shoe fits in both feet and walk in them

I lobe the variety of shoes they offer and Im super happy that they now have kids shoes in the store. They also have great accessories. I always check the clearance section and I often find great deals there.

If you want a HUGE selection of shoes, this is the store for you. For example, right now they have HUNDREDS of ankle booties. This DSW is particularly big in my opinion and has some nice staff members.
