I brought in a backpack to have the zipper repaired or replaced, i paid $30, this is $90 backpack that Ive kept in good condition and holds a lot of sentimental value to me. I recieved my backpack with a piece of matierial halfway sewn over the break in the zipper, and after looking at it closer the backside was not even sewn and the glue used to attach this horrible repair has already come off, after 3 hours........ Im am never one to complain but this was so poorly taken care of...... no quality in thier work.... extremely disappointed.

I dont actually know what the service is like as I did not actually have them fix my shoe. The guy at the counter seemed nice enough, but they have a $9 minimum charge and for the shoe I was taking in, it wasnt worth it. My previous experience with shoe repair was not in Oregon and was a lot cheaper. Ill continue to look around.

Recently had my heels replaced for my dress shoes (mens). I like the fact that they use Vibram heels which are lighter and used in many fine dress shoes. They shined up the shoes very well. Shoes were ready on time at a very reasonable cost. This will be my go-to shoe repair from now on.

Dropped a heel during a business trip, they were kind enough to glue it back on while I waited, and refused payment because they didnt think it would last long, advising me to bring the shoes back for a proper stitched fix when I had more time. Proper old-school service.
