When did customer service go out the window? The associate 250497 was appalled because I didnt say thank you to him. He said, "here you go," and when I didnt tell him thank you, he said WOWWWWWWWWWWW. It was like I did something wrong! What happen to thanking the customers? If you go into Jamba Juice, they happily welcome you when you arrive and thank you when you leave. I wont go to the Famous Footwear again. He didnt do me a favor.

Just writing to say you should change the hours on here...it says youre open until 7pm on Sunday...i went at 6:05pm the store was closed.
