My daughter and I went to Footwise on recommendation from employees at another shoe store in town. We were completely ignored by all three employees working at the time, although there was only one other customer in the store. The employees all chatted with each other acting like we were not even there. I waited for several minutes before walking out without purchasing the two pair of shoes I intended to purchase.

I had an issue with a pair of Keen shoes I purchased here. The store manager was very helpful and went well beyond what I would have considered to be the stores responsibility in getting my problem resolved. Im very impressed at the level of customer service the employees at Footwise demonstrated.

I found a crazy good deal on some beautiful leather boots in their clearance section. The very nice salesperson added pads to the instep to get the fit just right, and gave them a complimentary protectant spray. I just went in to browse but ended up with a great deal.
