KC (sp?) was very helpful. He listened to my budget, needs, and what Id seen in another store. KC found me a mattress set that was perfect for my needs, less than a local competitor, and even threw in free delivery. Other stores were going to have me waiting days for a delivery. However, Encore had it delivered to my home within 20 mins. Later that day, we realized the box spring wasnt needed. I contacted Encore, and they said I could bring it back in, no problem. They usually charge a restocking fee, but waved it for us. Also, my husband arrived with the box spring after hours, but they still took care of our return. Ill definitely be doing future mattress and furniture shopping at Encore!

I just thought Id take some time to provide my five-star review for Encore Home Furnishings. On my visit, I was able to find some great dressers and their no-pressure sales team was super helpful. Plus, they had some great BBQ! The prices are great for the quality and their delivery team was extremely professional and courteous. Will definitely be sending business their way again!

Amazing staff, feels like family. Furniture is not A+ quality, B- on average. Pricing is great, but the support you get from these guys is phenomenal. Will not go to any other place from now on after my experiences here.
