Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me! I should have learned from the first time the bait and switch occurred, but assumed it was a honest mistake. On two accounts I have gone to the store because of an ad I saw that turned out to be a deception ploy to get customers in the store. The second was for an office chair. After finding the advertised chair in the store, which was clearly marked on the floor display, I informed the sales person that I would like to purchase said chair. He soon informed me that they were out of stock of that particular chair, however they had other chairs I could choose from that were also on sale. I informed him that I was interested in this particular chair that was on sale at that particular advertised price. After twisting his arm he told me he would look to see if the other store had the chair in stock. I was then lead to the Tanasbourne Branch where the chair was ready for me to pick up. Upon checking out with my chair I was informed that the chair was not on sale and would be full price. After the branches discussed the matter with one another it was determined that the offer would not be honored at the Tanasbourne Branch. Upon returning to the other store the sales price was removed. What a load of who-ha! I will never return to this store or any other Office Depot Store, I suggest you also be wary of the bait and switch before you go.

We took our pc in because it crashed. They looked at it for 3.5 hours. This guy tried this and then another tried something else. They did do a free diagnostic but came up with several different scenarios. We wanted our info recovered and they quoted $299 and we told them to write it up and then 1/2 hr later they come back and said $349!!!!!! What a mess and a complete waste of our time. We took it to Best Buy and they did a data back recovery for $93!!!! I also had my business cards printed there and realized a week later they left the @ off of my email. What a bunch of yahoos. The manager was very rude and impatient with the whole process. I will never walk in there again.

I went to the store to purchase a tablet computer and I spoke with the technician discussing what I wanted to use the computer for. They said nothing about the application not running on some tablets. When I tried to run the application it didnt work. When I discussed this with the technician he told me that the droid applications are usually written for phones. This would have been good to know before I purchased so that I could research the computer and application to determine if they are compatible. Now I have a computer that doesnt do everything I require. I wont trust the employees at that store again.

I was there for the print services. The workers are really nice but the equipment has some problems. For instance, the cutter cuts everything a kite crooked. If you need envelopes printed, it wrinkles them. But if all you need us regular prints and copies, the place will be fine and fairly priced.
