I made arrangements for a compact washer/ dryer set to be delivered to my home I made it very clear that I dont have hook up and I wanted new rather than used when the delivery team got here they informed me that the washer had the wrong hose and was meant for a place with hook up I specifically requested for a new one and I am now being told I will receive a beat to hell mechanically working washer I was told EVERYTHING WOULD BE NEW its not the rack is used and wabbly as well I originally spoke with a Young lady who ensured me my specific needs would be met arrangements to call Thursday to confirm that I was 100%interested and I called she was off and today after 5 called and had absolutely NO IDEA THIS WAS EVEN HAPPENING. DISAPPOINTED FIRST I WAS GARUNTEED AND NOW IM BEING TOLD NO GARUNTEES WHAT HAPPENED TO COMMUNICATION AND TEAM WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UPHOLDING THE WORDS COMING OUT THE MOUTH OF THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE SERIOUSLY what is the obvious first Qualification for sales COMMUNICATION AND what is the most important thing when managing a Store TEAM WORK fooey on FALSE ADVERTISING

I went here three years in a row! Never had a problem! This last purchase they hired a new guy who always calls me honey and sweetie. It bothers me so much! This same guy has always changed my balance on my account and raises it. When I was told the remaining balance he added on 50$ on top of that the day I called to make the payment. He said I was wrong and clearly said "well honey theres other fees that goes with it" so annoyed and I do not recommend this place its a scam. There are cheaper places you can buy the same product for a cheaper price... Their furniture isnt even real wood and scratches so easily! This same guy scratched my bed Frame as he was loading it and only said "yeah you have to be careful when you unload at home or that will happen again" HE IS THE ONE WHO DID IT !

I have been renting through Rent·A·Center for the last couple years and I am so happy with the Customer Service and The Respect of each person equally important I would rate them a 1000 Chris the Manager he is an Awesome Person who is willing to work with you when unexpected emergency arises or maintenance They are Timely ,Courteous Respectful and There is definitely no hidden tiny print .I recommend this Store specifically If you are looking for a good deal and Service Love these guys seriously they are on the ball!!
