This Starbucks has the longest lines of any Starbucks Ive ever been to! But my weight was absolutely worth it! I hate seeing employees reprimanded by supervisors and management in front of customers! I felt really badly for the Barista named Buddy because he was doing so much and was so helpful, but was reprimanded for spilling some water in front of a line of customers. If someone sees a mess, especially in customer service positions, they should clean it up themselves! I went and got napkins and cleaned up a splash of water that happened to be on the counter because I felt so badly for the Barista, named Buddy.

Very nice place, the woman that work there are sooo hot, why doesnt starbucks out do the bikini brrrrristas, and do a top less joint?! Maybe have some poles, and an area in the back for the secret sauce inur whip cream!!!! I FKN HATE YOU STARBUCKS COFFEE, BUT I GO THERE ALL THE TIME FOR THE PLEASENT EXPERIENCE!!!! RRRRAAAAWWWW, IM ALSO BI FKN POLAR, AND WAS FKN MAD AS HELL.... but im good now, i love Starbucks Coffee ..... ;-).....

I ordered an iced coconut milk mocha macchiato, where moments later I was informed that they did not have coconut milk. There were two problems with this situation: firstly, the base of the drink should have been coconut milk, the name being iced coconut milk, and secondly, the barista was extremely rude when he casually offered the substitution of soy milk instead of the coconut milk. All in all, the drink tastes terrible.

Honestly one of the only Starbucks I ENJOY going to. The ladies are always super nice and on point. Punctual, wont make you wait long. Theyre great at remembering faces and names and are seriously SO sweet manager included! I usually eat lunch here at least twice a week as their $8 lunch cant be beat! Love ya girls

My family and I were In Lincoln city for vacation and did not have a pleasant experience with costomer service. In lack of better words it sucked they were disrespectful when we fixed our order they got wrong. We will not be back.

Huge lines depending time of day or season. Do yourself a favor and use their app to get rewards and mobile order. You can cut right in front of the line to pick up your order. Ive seen teens and seniors pick up mobile orders.

Not a great layout inside and tricky turning in and out to the 101. Best tip: use your app to order ahead and save the time you might spend waiting. Most staff are friendly and got everything right on our visits.

Nice employees must of the time. Pretty quick, sometimes too rushing through drive in. Prices are too high but if youre part of the Starbucks club you can save much more. Best coffee anywhere.

Too busy, terrible parking lot layout. The drive through line was blocking the rest of the parking lot. We had to park at the hotel next door and walk over.
